The update to experimental b316 requires 0-Score (allows us to have crafting from containers, fire mod features, custom quests, the NPC Mod and other useful features) to be updated. For Preppocalypse it is functioning but not ideal as it will constantly have background warnings in the console. This will reduce performance.

0-Score can be temporarily removed until it is updated for anyone seeing an unacceptable decline in performance. This will remove the crafting from containers feature, and anything else being incorporate, but performance will benefit.

 
SphereII kindly update 0-Score and it has been added to the downloads pack. The downloads references b316 and there remains an archive version for those who aren't updating.

While 0-Score was updated, 3 small updates were also made to Preppocalypse as follows:

- Removed game hints message relating to Invisible Dye since it is no longer functional.

- Cleaned up the version number blemish on the load out texture in the top right area.

- Updated a POI name to Wine, Dine, Fine for a 3 POI strip in the Old West.

 
That link does not show an image. It is possibly because I am not logged in and do not have permissions to see it.

If you can share a log through pastebin, it will explain more about your Mods folder and how it is loading.

We can retrieve our log in the Game Menu when we press the F1 key to open the console, and then select the 'open logs folder' tab in the top right.

 
As far as I can tell, the Preppo8KJuly world doesn't contain the locations for 1-DarksPrepperz. Are there any plans to add these in future pregen worlds or should I generate my own world ?

 
That's correct. It doesn't contain any locations for 1-DarksPrepperz POIs since it was created with just the base files from the Mod...

However... if you add these two lines to the bottom of the prefabs.xml file inside the Preppo8KJuly World, and have the 1-DarzPrepperz Add On Mod in your Mods folder along with the NPC Mod, they will be added.

If you have already accessed the areas they are placed, they will not appear since that region has already rendered. Setting the Chunk Reset feature can purge that though and allow them to appear. It is also dependent on that area not being visited for a while or having a Land Claim Around it. If you haven't started the World yet, no worries at all.

This is the same version that has been uploaded to Nexus. It seems they are rather slow today with updating.

It'll be on another location once the Mod Launcher is ready for V1.0.

For now, here is an alternative on Drop Box.

Here is a small update for Preppocalypse:

60 and 96 Backpack Mod integrations from Khaine, have been updated to match the new b326 format of allowing individual slots to be locked at any location.

I can confirm that the Nexus upload has been scanned and authorised for download.

Preppocalypse was updated to remain compliant with b330.

Changes include:

- Horde Night groups changed GS## in 7 places and added a new Game Stage group.
- Fake cabinet changes to cabinet door (1 hit point) as a replacement in Station_01. There will be more in time.
- A reshuffle or entitygroups for biome spawning to integrate with V1.0 changes.

There is a known issue where players signs in custom POIs with text are causing an error. The text will not be seen in game and it creates a red console/log warning. This has been reported and accepted as a bug, but was not resolved in b330.

 
Preppocalypse was updated for Stable (b333) on Nexus.

It will remain in this state for Stable beyond any bug updates, or the Preppocalypse Car update (A21 wheel animation to V1.0 type once it's ready).

There is a known issue with custom POIs using player signs, and that has been recognised and accepted in the TFP bugs area.

Once the Mod Launcher is ready to accept V1.0 overhauls, it will be added there through Github.

 
V1.0 has removed some assets which the Swiss Vetterli rifle was using in A21 for mod attachments. For example, the silencer has been removed and the x8 scope had no texture...

Oakraven has kindly shared some custom assets as a replacement. This has been updated to the mod for both Mod Launcher and Nexus downloads.

Details:

- The Swiss Vetterli uses a custom scope. This scope remains the same for all 3 mod types. This is becoming a thing for the TFP main weapons as well.

- A custom Silencer with a decorative finish.

 Here are a couple of YouTube play through streams from Day 1 in the Preppo from some seasoned gamers. They are also added to the Opening Post for players who are new to the whole thing.

Hirnsturz is a German speaking streamer who is very active across many game genres. However, this is the beginning video for Preppocalypse Season 2, for V1.0. Hirnsturz predominantly speaking in German but is actually using English localization and switches to English speech from time to time. Regardless, you could simply watch Hirnsturz with no audio and still learn a lot about the dynamics of Preppocalypse. If you see a Hirnsturz POI in the Old West or Wilderness, this is the owner.



 
Hello arramus!

I downloaded the mod today and there seems to be a problem with the 96-slot backpack and 0-Score. When the two are loaded together the backpack UI is blank. I noticed that 0-Score was updated recently, so perhaps something in their update broke the backpack mod. If you need logs or anything from me let me know and I will be happy to upload them later if they would be of any help.

 
Testing with the latest version of 0-Score with Preppocalypse, and the full NPC Mod inclusion of 0-XNPCCore, and a couple of Add On Packs, along with the 96 slot expansion was not able to verify this issue.

This image shows the inventory slots appearing and working appropriately for 96 slots, with all showing, one locked, and 0-Score crafting from containers allowing the crates to be crafted. The exact mod list is:

0-Score (1.0.32.940), 0-XNPCCore, 1-DarkPrepperz, 1-NPCXSpiderColonyExpansionPack, 1-XNPCCore-NoCoreHumanNPCs, V1-Preppocalypse, and V1-Preppocalypse-KHA21-96BBM on a new world in Navezgane.

Has the folder for the mod 'V1-Preppocalypse-KHA21-96BBM' been renamed to 'Khaine's 96-slot Bigger Backpack Mod for Preppocalypse'?

If that is the case, it is loading before V1-Preppocalypse because of numerical and alphabetical load order. If not, it is showing the description name as the folder name and that is not an intended action.

 
It seems as though the mod launcher sets the folder name based on the 'DisplayName' value in the ModInfo.xml.

I'll reinstall it manually and give it another shot.

Edit: That was it. Thank you for the help! I doubt I ever would have noticed!
