This mod will allow you to adjust hands FOV in 2.0
Default is 70 for the mod. I think vanilla is 60. I usually prefer around 65-68.

Would love to see a full action skill mod that replaces the perk system entirely. Essentially moving across all perks to action skills instead.
I tried myself and failed due to lack of modding sills :-(

I much preferred the Alpha 15/16 skill system.
