yes, only my mod 1.0 with the same savegame to 1.1 can cause problems with the modown items.

(renamed some)

I expect no issues to start 1.1 on A17.0 and then keep the game on 17.1 (at least not because of the modlets)

Roland needs to ban yellow from color list but that will happen after he fixes search to use AND instead of OR for keywords. So never lol

 
Anyone feedback for me ?

Someone on steam reported a issue (he instand dies when he joined his server running my mod) i cant imagine that the mod causes that.

Would be nice to hear from a few people (at best if they run the mod on a server) if they had any issues.

 
Work on my "Stuff" respawner

* Birdnests (+ Destroy on close container)

* Trashbags (+ Destroy on close container)

* Animal Gore piles (the ones on the streets)

Let now a grass bush behind that spawn after arround a week again one of these blocks.

(same as the other respawners)

One sidefeect of this mod is that these small trash bins destroy too on close, i guess i accept that. First i thought i add it to the circle, but Gorepiles in too many houses would be immersionbreaking i guess.

Question is if it would disturb others too much. Meanings ?

Tyres i considered to add to this circle, but i guess there is enough plastic in the world.

Anyone ideas before i decide to see this modlet as finished ? (and release it additional as standalone for someone who asked for it)

Now i try to find out what happended, the code looks right.

Maybe it was allready done by the rwg, but who knows. Sadly it needs some time to test a system that needs 6 hour to act

(Short term tests with a 2 minute timer had no issues)

Edit: Except one is so stupid and finished the backup instead of the active mod....

So back to the starterequipments.

I guess i remove the 10 Skillpoints from the bedroll quest and add them into the "start equipment crates"

That allow me on one side to offer a more Vanilla experience (throw away the starterbox)

And on the other hand i can offer different skillpoint amounts in each Starterset.

The idea is that the player find a "Crate" he stored at the trader the startquest leads him to.

With this startcrate he can choose and craft a Startequipment (With the startcrate as ingredient)

Classes i consider (Rough plan)

* Throw crate away = Vanillastart

* 7D Survivor = 10 Skillpoints + Q3 Shotgun + Iron Tools + Bicycle + Cloth Armor

* 14D Survivor = 20 Skillpoints + Q3 SMG + Chainsaw, Wrench, Auger + Minibike + Leather Armor

* Farmer/Cook = 5 Skillpoints Q3 Hoe, Shovel, 1 Pot, 1 Beaker

* Hunter = 5 Skillpoints Q3 Hunting Rifle, Hunting Knife

* Builder = 5 Skillpoints Q3 Nailgun, Tool n Die set

* Scrapper = 5 Skillpoints Q3 Wrench, Sledegehammer, Scrap Armor

These ideas are fantastic!

Consider adding perk magazines from relevant categories to each or some of the boxes.

I am glad that you changed the builder from the rifle to the pistol, makes more sense in my brain.

If you are ambitious enough you could do a 7 & 14 day of each type (Hunter 7 day or Hunter 14 day, Farmer 7 day or Farmer 14 day). Even if just as is this is terrific.

For the moment i dont plan these stronger 14D Classes. First i want to test and balance the 8 i have. But if testplay show that they make sense, sure why not.

Now i try to polish the mod so far that all future versions should be downward compatible.

Until now i am not sure how a Game with 1.1 will beave with 1.2

My other problem for the moment is that i want a way to show ingame what each crate contains. Sadly this make only sense before you decide what crate you craft. And i found no way to add the Description to the recipe.

Anyone a idea ?

Not sure where to add it but would use the following code in defining the item, I think there is also a way to make a list but unsure how to do that.
