Subquake's Undead Legacy

Something positive to report - managed to make Collectible magazines work like they used to in A16.4 :)

Further improved map view:

Also I have some progress regarding perks, I have managed to make a Mastery perk with 100 levels, that levels itself up, when you level a mastery perk, you become better at doing certain things, for example Blunt Weapons Mastery Perk, that increases blunt weapon performance (damage, attack speed, etc). There is no way to show an experience bar in A17 Perk view, but when you will level it up, you will see a notification buff for 10 seconds and a level up sound accompanied with a tooltip text:

don't know how I missed this mod back when I last played A16, but saw you UI stuff and just had to give this a shot. SO reloaded my A16 copy and so far I am loving it!

Can't wait to see what you do with this for A17!

Ohhh wow okay, this mod just made me throw Vanilla A17 to the trash, reinstall A16 and download it lol!

(Question : If TFP add something from someones Mod to their Vanilla version is it Legal or not ?.)

I put 16.4 back onto my server.... Cant stand the new 17 & cant wait to be able to play the game again properly once the main mods are out :) Alpha 17 bar its main code should go into the bin..

Thanks for the hard work to all the modders small & big....

Unfortunately the mod launcher is made for Windows 10 users only so I can't use it since I'm using Windows 7. The windows net framework version is too high for Windows 7 so it leaves everyone without Windows 10 out in the cold.

LIME ….. GIVE IT A DAMN REST .. The modders are working on their Mods .. AND They will be READY when they are READY to release it … same with the Fun Pimps … people like you are a Pain in the Butt
Thank you Subquake for a great mod .. DON'T Worry Take all the time you need … the Old Gamer .. :02.47-tranquillity:
or.. you could just make your own mods and not have to worry about anyone updating it, or certain rules about reusing it, asking anyone anything on here, i mean it does make perfect sense just to make your own instead of relying on anyone..

That’s not true, I have Windows 7 and have had no issue whatsoever with the mod launcher. Must be some other reason yours is not working

You can always install the mod the old fashion copy/paste way by hand ;)

My question is why are you still using Windows 7?

We here at Microsoft stopped supporting it back on Jan 13, 2015 Unless you actually have extended support which ends Jan 14, 2020 (there aren't that many that actually have that.) Just curious.

Seeing the screenshots on the first post makes me think the person who does the UI for the game is a retarded monkey. Your UI looks beautiful and thorough. Any chance to make the UI tweaks a modlet? So professional looking.

Subquake answered that a few posts back in this thread, it's a no because this is all part of the Undead Legacy Mod itself.

Working on a new Skill Screen (one of many reasons why this UI won't be compatible with vanilla):

In comparison, here's a shot of vanilla skills:
