PC Pre-Release Streaming Weekend Event -- A18 edition

This came up last time. I tried my best to have it be released the morning of the Friday but it didn't end up getting released until like 3 or 4 pm. No promises about what time...

 
Even without Twitchcon it probably wouldn't be ready for this weekend anyway. Fingers crossed for the 4th or 11th.

i've set my expectations for Oct 4th, 2020. whatever timeline tfp give, +12 months and you should never be disappointed

 
It's TPF so the question should be: when will the 18th come into play?At least they should reopen the application for streamers. Maybe some guys created new channels and already gained 5k followers/subs. ;)

No no no, the question isn't will it be released on October 4th. The only question is, are they talking about 2020 or 2021?

Knowing TFP even if 4th October is solid and get a release, don't think you get it on following monday. It can become another month after it..

 
The 4th is good with me, I'll be at Bushgrass so I'll miss the Stream Event.

I so wanted to watch a bunch of Streamers flyin aroun in God Mode/Cheat Mode snaggin everything out of the Inventory instead of searching for it, not my cup of Yucca

Hello, if any PvP streamers are looking for a great community with thousands of players to share their streaming link: feel free to join our discord to advertise your channel on the upcoming streaming event. Only requirement must streamer must be streaming PVP. thanks!

 
Any chance of GSP's getting access to the build so we can get some of these servers ready for the streamer builds and start working on the configs for when it goes public?

Well, TFP are getting ready for A18. Latest_experimental isn't showing up on Steam anymore, but can be accessed with a password in the Beta tab (as seen on a SteamDb entry, showing "latest_experimental pwdrequired: 1").

The Stream Event is officially scheduled for this weekend. The goal is Friday at noon CST for the build to be released. We put a password on latest_experimental to boot anyone off the beta who might have been playing on it but it is still an A17 build.

Hype train has definitely left the station and is picking up speed now. :)
