Exactly. I guess you could have a SP/multi map, but Multi-Player/multi-map/multi-server is the future. How mind blowing would that be?
Boundless works like that and yes, it's mind blowing.

But Boundless also runs their own servers and they put the necessary infrastructure for something like this in place from the beginning of development. As someone pointed out before me, 7dtd is a bunch of individual private servers and each world has a bunch of hard to sync attributes and local settings.

Don't believe TFP have any plans for this considering the extra work and challenges, but I'd gladly stand corrected.

well, if I so wished, I could use AutoCAD after work hours to make one too. but I'm more lazy about it than you, so you still win, lol. What software did you use for that?
Ummmmmm......

..... wew!

That's what I was thinking, but very well done since there's no scaling in paint that I know of. If only I was that artistic.
You can scale anything as long as you copy paste it and tack on a value.. ;x

BEHOLD!!

lol. too much doing and thinking for me atm, haha. I like to click on a circle, give it a number, and boom, it's that size. Same for squares, etc.

It's been eerily quiet past few days....

I thought Revit was all the rage now, for you designers?

What do I know... I just scribble something on paper, and you guys make it happen :) .

lol. I do mainly IPC/website/database programming (beckhoff (c++/c#), php, javascript, python, etc) for my company. I use AutoCAD to make electrical schematic drawings from time to time. So I use the electrical side of it. Revit is more for architects and building professionals.

Oh... That would be PCSchematic, right?

I still remember some of that... I think :)

Revit is pretty amazing for mechanical but can be kind of annoying for plumbing... I do commercial plumbing.. have had quite a bit of jobs in revit... but its mostly in cad. Revit was initially made for architecture, but its been slowly evolving towards MEP

Its hysterical how some people think that some new program is gunna kill autocad. Nothing can kill autocad!

That's the freaking truth. We hardly do any of the mechanical. Just panel building, running conduit, wires (up to 15.2kv, but mostly low voltage), fiber, ethernet, programming, along with all the terminations/determinations of all said modes, the works. Big on system integration.
