I'll admit I was being a bit of a jerk but you may want to lookup "strawman argument". You were arguing that development is being done differently and your only proof is the way TFP interacts with the Forum. THAT is a strawman argument. If you had just stated something like "TFP used to be a lot more informative during the development cycle", I would have agreed with you.
But, you didn't make that argument. You said development had slowed down. Lets list a few thing: They are currently rewriting a major portion of the code for Unity 2017, rewriting the physics used by vehicles, adding motion capture to the animations, updating a ton of graphics and redoing what looks like every POI in the game. This isn't even a complete list of confirmed changes. Exactly how does that list give any indication that development has slowed?
True, I have to admit I was used to the old way of TFP of doing things. I equated interactiveness of TFP with the actual development. From the decrease in the information-flow to our side I deduced that the speed with which things are being developed is decreasing.

The thing is, I'm of the school of thought 'I have to see it to believe it'. I'm afraid I'm gonna be very disappointed if there's not going to be anything on bandits/AI in this update. Since we haven't heard anything on that front I'm getting more and more skeptical.

I'm just hoping/wishing that TFP put their money where their mouth is. No offence intended of course.

I dont need a video... just a confirmation or denial of big features like bandits and AI. Dont really care about more info or videos on new textures, block trims, and "dungeon" POIs with intended paths that are the exact opposite of what open world games are about
Behemoth and zip lines confirmed for alpha 16.5

That would be Friedrich Nietzsche... who failed to take into account things like Polio.
You might also bleed to death before something makes you stronger :-)

Unless its untreated Malaria. If it doesn't kill you, your pretty fk'd anyway.
Every rule has it's exceptions. But I'm not dead yet. Or so I told the guy with the cart who's yelling, "Bring out your dead!"

Let MadMole and company DO THEIR WORK. A16 rolled out lovely because they took their time. A17 is shaping up to dwarf A16. Quit ye bellyachin' and LET THEM WORK.

So now I'm just "the guy"?
You're not just "the guy" Roland, you're "THAT guy!" :-)

Loving the new profile pic by the way, reminds me of "we're going to need another Timmy!"

Love the avatar Roland....is that the time Albert mistook you for the bathroom attendant and asked for directions or was it the time you were trying to convince him you came up with the quote "To infinity and beyond!"?

Albert's trying to explain that the sheep they can see out of the window aren't really small, they're just far away.

It was both. The bathroom was an outhouse near the sheep pen. Albert taught me that lesson and then I learned it again in Guardians of the Galaxy 2. But what I was actually pointing out to him was the day of the next video from Madmole on the calendar by the window. Albert was pleased.....well, relatively so.

I think this was taken from the third time when Albert stopped by to ask Roland why there was no food and thirst bars on his screen. Roland sure had a tough time explaining the relativity of an invisible UI THAT time, but Albert was totally cool with it and it helped turn the tide in favor of naked UIs.

I am one who thinks more fruits and veggies need to be added. I don't live in Arizona, but reading on the internet, they grow citrus fruits, berries such as blueberries (we have in the game) but also blackberries. Granted much of the fruits and veggies are from irrigation, but that doesn't mean many of them couldn't go wild by the rivers, creeks, ponds and lakes in the area.

I would like to see some type of fruit tree, whether it would be apple, dates or citrus. Another veggie, and as much as I hate Brussel sprouts they could be one, or peas.

Would it really be so hard to add one fruit tree type, a citrus oranges that could be made into juice to hydrate you and cool you down, or lemons? And blackberries or strawberries that could be made into pies, cobblers, or juice? Veggies that can be used in a variety of ways, peas to make pea soup, used in veggies soup with other veggies or Brussel sprouts?
