Yes, but you can do it directly on the entity class because a trigger is an atomic operation.Think he means using a buff on the entityclasses which then can have a triggerd_effect with a randomized walktype property. The WalkType property on an entityclass cant be randomized as such.
Does not have to be a buff.
It may still be useful to wrap it into a buff anyway so you don't have multiple event listeners running on every zombie.
