Hello Survivors, Just had our day 60 Horde Night on our rented MP server and boy it was a ton of fun especially when the demolishers showed up. Most fun MP horde night that I have ever had! It was super challenging with only 4 players with the highest leveled players only being in their low 30s. Plus, no electricity setup as of yet... Video upload should be done soon. Enjoy!!! :) World: Navesgane Difficulty: Adventurer Clock: 90 Minute Days Horde Base: Pawn Shop POI Players: 4 Blood Moon Horde: 8 max alive per player Party Game Stage: ~250 total Demolishers: @ 7:50 & 10:49 of video [video=youtube_share;06RptzfBF20]

Swapped out my trusty hunting rifle with a newly crafted marksmen rifle. :) Here are a few screenshots until I get the video uploaded. :) Screenshots: Video: [video=youtube_share;oh7HAfHcTMc]
I finished up playing A18, just wanted to share what I've been up to for the past 250+ hours in-game. Maybe get a few ideas I can incorporate into a new build for A19 from other people posting their own as there really isn't a place for this for people who would post one-offs. Didn't really know where to stick this, I'm not a "Content Creator" per say and the other sub-forums didn't seem applicable. Mods feel free to move it, if necessary. Tl:dr Dude builds an oversized monstrosity of a base in survival. Wishes to share it and invites others to do the same. https://imgur.com/a/rwrh9rc#RO4cHgM Done in Imgur format just for the ease and length.
This design is simple. The zombies fall into a hole in the ground. You can choose to make the hole shallow enough to kill them with grenades, or just completely ignore them. While buried in the ground, the zombies will be unable to ever reach you. The base uses approximately 500 cobblestone blocks, can be built in a 10x10 area, and is able to work against a Day 4007, Insane & 64 Zombie Blood Moon. Once upgraded to steel, it’s fail proof. How to Build it: - End & walk-through
Been wanting to do this for a while now. I built an Escape Room in 7 Days To Die. You can download the map, load it on your own computer and play it, see if you can get out alive. Here is a video explaining it, but the direct download link is below. Inside the .zip file is a ReadMe with instructions on where to save the world to play it, what the coords are to the house and general rules to play. I really enjoyed this POI when I found it last night: https://steamcommunity.com/app/251570/discussions/10/1755772193679812100/ Unfortunately the ROGUE ANGRY 7DTD Steam moderators moved it to "Survivor Stories" with all of like 200 posts, guaranteeing it to never be seen again. I tried to do a nice thing TFP, sorry the moderators for your excellent game run rampant like nazi idiots over there. Great game, great POI fun in A18, Steam is sinking the product.
A18.1, Insane difficulty, 64 zombies This is a bit of a cheesy base design since it essentially allows you to ignore all enemies. This base was built on the edge of a canyon, with a 57 meter drop below the hole. There is no path out of the canyon, so zombies just run around at the bottom. They eventually die from time. I call it “The Crapper” because the design kinda reminds me of a toilet, the zombies fall through like turds, and it’s a crappy exploit to avoid them. 😝 This could be mimicked anywhere. You could just dig a random hole to bedrock, let them fall, and ignore the BM. This could also be used to secure crafting benches, forges, etc. Just make one path to them, and force the zombies in a hole. As far as I know...
LazMan vs Day 49 Horde
Alpha 18.1 experimental (Build 8), Default Difficulty (Adventurer), 16 max alive. Intelligence / Perception Build (Level 46, Game Stage 110, 60 Minute Days) Not too many changes since the last horde night (Day 42). Upgraded some more blocks to concrete/reinforced concrete, added a couple more electric fence posts to make 2 of the electric wires parallel with the rest and added an additional electric switch to allow me to turn off the automatic turrets separately from the rest of the electrical grid as needed. Ton's of cops, soliders, and radiated which definitely made it more challenging. :) Here are a couple of screenshots from the night: Video: [video=youtube_share;Fv5Ii3T_bZM]
