On the 1st page of this post it says,Winter Project updated to 18.3.
In order to update through the Mod Launcher, you will need to delete and re-install the mod.
If you wish to remain on your 18.2, plus uncheck Refresh Mods Automatically, and you should be able to continue to play.
This should be fixed nowAt first, after selecting the start quest flag, I thought the snow field disappeared.
After I completed the fetch quest and left the building I realized it was the whole building raised itself so it's ground floor was now at the top of the snow field.
I restarted the game all the way but didn't change anything.
Kind of funny!

Thank you. I updated the post.On the 1st page of this post it says,
"Note: This mod is only compatible with Alpha 18.2."
Just a FYI.
I am not sure about your server question. I've never done it. Maybe some custom message?I have been running your MOD as a Dedi. So far so good. Thanks for teaching me a lot.
Question --- In the server listings --- how does the MOD needed flag get set when viewing the servers?
Also seeing lots of this in the log,
**************
Winter Project Prefab Filter : cornfield_lg yOffset: 0 Size: 48, 2, 48
Disabling POI that is too short. Expect the next line to be a WRN about it. Ignore it.
2020-01-27T10:47:49 399.846 WRN Could not load prefab 'cornfield_lg'. Skipping it
**************
I can't take a screenshot of it now --- but when you view the server list in-game --- the small window on the right that displays server details shows a "Mod Needed" --- "No" mostly I have seen. I wonder if it is a supported feature of the game itself.I am not sure about your server question. I've never done it. Maybe some custom message?
That is expected. Some prefabs were causing problems for the snow, so prefabs that would spawn below the snow line is being filtered. this should solve the problem with the giant snow blocks on the surface.
Might be a little bit trickier.... My window in the mod launcher:Hi!Snowballs for everyone!
Any place where i can see the change log of the updates?
Last update reset my char to level 1. (I'll try to use the console to set roughly where i was)
I cannot see the time anymore, is that intended?
Thanks!
Nothing should have reset your level. I am sorry that happened to you. The latest version was updated to 18.3. Have you tried to re-install the mod using the latest?Hi!Snowballs for everyone!

I might not be the only person to suggest this so I apologize ahead of time --- since you wrote the tool --- is there a way for it to pull fresh info from Github without doing a download?Welcome to the Winter Project 2019 by sphereii and xythTo Build and run Winter Project manually, you will need to use the DMT Tool, and download the following repos:
I use GitHub Desktop, and I just sync up with the download. Then its incremental after that. If you are familiar with github, or git, it should be fairly easy to get started.I might not be the only person to suggest this so I apologize ahead of time --- since you wrote the tool --- is there a way for it to pull fresh info from Github without doing a download?
Naw don't know it. I figured it is just another Config Management tool. I will check it out.I use GitHub Desktop, and I just sync up with the download. Then its incremental after that. If you are familiar with github, or git, it should be fairly easy to get started.
Yeah, install GitHub Desktop, then do the following:Naw don't know it. I figured it is just another Config Management tool. I will check it out.
This works out really well! Thanks!Yeah, install GitHub Desktop, then do the following:
1) Click on File -> Clone Repository
2) Click on URL, and copy and paste this: https://github.com/SphereII/WinterProject-2019/
3) Open up DMT, click on Settings and point to that mod folder where it installs from above ( Documents/Github/WinterProject-2019/Mods )
Then do your build. Every once in a while, re-sync Github Desktop, and rebuild.
There's no donation links for the mods. Enjoy themThis works out really well! Thanks!
BTW do you have a donation page? I would love to buy you a cup of coffee or tea...
You die when you hit the ground? That isn't expected, not have i seen that happen.I appreciate very much the work that was put into the mod. It looks and feels great. Is there anything that can be done about getting locked into a snowy tomb when you start a quest? I've died twice now due to starting a quest and trying to dig my way out. Just hit the ground and -gack- dead. Can't dig in any other direction because the quest starting completely resets the poi. Any help or guidance?
After clicking the flag to start a quest I'm completely enveloped in snow. You die when you hit the ground? That isn't expected, not have i seen that happen.
