Using the anvil on the basic forge:

No anvil = 73 forged iron takes 7:18 minutes.

With anvil = 73 forged iron takes 00:13 seconds.

Is that intentional?

 
I have a few others in. But none of them come up with conflic errors. And the only other ones I have are bdubs cars, harvestble solar banks, a lighting mod(gives more lights) and a wireless box. I know you have added the power block to yours. But my base has the other ones in already. I did remove them once due to yours having that block in. Only after I found out the hard way. After I had removed said wireless mod folder. Your mod decided to change the wireless boxes that where left into ground mines. Me not knowing this walked near on in the corner where I had a timed relay and Boom. My first death lol.But a girl has to do what she needs to do. I just like to have options ?

Yes Forge speed has been maxed out to just before it goes into the - With the original Anvil you got a bonus of .333 when its added, Mine is .777 x2 if yo also add the Bellows... Ive no reason to think it wouldnt work with the Cement mixer although ive not tested it myself..

Quick question. The 25k stacking mod. Not sure if it's meant to go on mostly all items but It applied to Duke coins and also the max cap of forge reserves. Did you just to a full 25k on the xml for the stacking. As I know that the cap to forges are 30k and I've had more the 30k in Duke coins at 1 time. Its no biggie. Though.

First off I'd like to say this mod is by far the best one out imo and ive played them all. I have been playing on sp and have been trying to set up an online server so I can play with friends. I use ping perfect and I have used an ftp to transfer the files. It keeps giving me a ton of errors. Tech said there must be a desktop version and server version conflict. I have had other servers in the past and just dropped mods in mod folder. This one seems a bit more complicated. Is there a way to play this using a server such as ping? or do I need to just run it dedicated on my local rig?

Then he shows me that there are problems in the Prefs, but in the Locale game he doesn't have them, and you can see that he loads the mod UI, but nothing more, because with the Normal Items in the toolbar, there should only be the item to choose the profession, I really don't know anymore.

Or should I knock everything down again, and reinstall it?

@Samsonetty You posted a small part of the log that is absolutely fine. And an almost undecipherable picture of console errors. Since the logfile gets those console errors as well it makes more sense to post the (complete) logfile instead of pictures that only tell half or in this case no story :wink-new: . The interesting part may not show up in the console at all.

Your new problems are very probably mod-related now (part of the mod missing or not at the right place), so War3zuk would be the expert now, by the way. He's probably seen other users of his mod with the same error message pattern and can pinpoint the problem easier than I could. Still, logfile might help him too.

 
Hey War3zuk, I'm troubleshooting my mod load order that's been giving me headaches for a long time. I'm installing your modlets one by one to find out what's wrong and I ran into an issue with your Fat Soaked Log Bundle modlet and managed to fix the problem. Your item has two different CustomIcon properties. Apparently this prevents it from being loaded in game. I checked both the modlet and the last version of AIO I had on my HDD and this problem is present in both.

 
War3zuk, since changing the links to your mod, aio addon files aren't downloading through the Mod Launcher. Does there need to be a ModInfo.xml file in that folder? Just curious. I load mine manually but testing with the mod launcher I ran into this issue.

OK here is the "output_log" just started the server again without login.

All warnings are about the server, which is understandable, but it still runs, just without the mods. For your information I have an Ark server running on the Linux server with 3 CLuster, and it runs with 7 mods.

PS: The GamePref and the GameStat I take out, because otherwise it would be too long, but it has loaded all of them.

Starting EAC server the data is also removed. If you want to look at the server, the password is: countour

Mmmh, posting the password on an open forum? You might as well have no password :pirate: . I assume you'll change it shortly?

This sounds like the server hasn't got the stuff that should land in Mods/ and it consequently doesn't distribute it to the client. So probably LinuxGSM doesn't do the right thing after all.

I should have mentioned that you can use ​http://pastebin.com to put up complete logfiles on the internet and then just post links to it here. I need complete server and client log of a single trial with both server and client started and the client trying to login.

Does LinuxGSM have a logfile? That would be interesting too. And while we're at it, you could execute the following to find out where exactly LinuxGSM stores the game and then look inside the Mods folder whether it is empty.

@meganoth I only did that with the password because the server is announced with the "War3zuk-Mod", but does not deliver it until the problem I have is decrypted, otherwise yes, it runs without.

LinuxGSM is only intended to install the game when it becomes difficult.

It is also a program / script with which you can keep the game server 7DtD current and of course the mods.

LinuxGsm is in the folder sdtd1, here you will find folders: lgsm, log, serverfiles, Steam and steamcmd.

In the folder serverfiles you will find the game.

7DaysToDieServer_Data, Data, Licenses, Mods, saves,steamapps , then the start data. 7DaysToDieServer.x86+7DaysToDieServer.x86_64, libstdc++.so.6, sdtdserver.xml, serverconfig.xml,startserver.sh,steam_appid.txt, and the steamclient.so.

As I said, the server is working so far, but the mods are not.

With the update of the mods_list.sh, it also created the folder War3zuk-Alpha-18-Stable-AIO-master under serverfiles and under Mods itself the sdtdwar3zuk-files.txt and the installed-mods.txt.

I just start the game and log in and then post them the output-log file, in Pastebin, then notify me again with link, moment

Actually, the folder Mods has to be uploaded to the server like on a Steam Dedicate Server, which I did, I don't understand this anymore, it loads the mods from the folder ./home/sdtd1/serverfiles/Mods, why is there the "War3zuk-Alpha-18-AIO-master" and under it again mods ?

What happens if I delete the folder ? Or otherwise, what happens if I delete everything except "War3zuk-Alpha-18-AIO-master"?

As for Modlets clashing EVERY modlet will clash with the AIO considering the code is the same only ones separate..

As someone who installed your mod recently on server and client, some feedback: I had problems understanding what each of your offerings is and where to get it. Coming here first and reading the info in the first post I didn't know what AIO is supposed to mean and that it isn't the overhaul. If there is a page for the overhaul in the forum, it probably fell behind a few pages, I didn't find it. Consequently my users installed the overhaul on their clients (using the mod launcher) while I put the aio on the server. Don't remember where I finally found the overhaul, probably github as well!? Another part of the problem (entirely on my side) was that I was trying to save time by not making an account at nexus just to see what is there.

I also vaguely remember needing to move around stuff a little before the overhaul worked, this might be the the problem samsonetty currently has (i.e. simply copying from the zip into likewise folders inside the 7D2D dir was not enough, but I'll check this tonight to make sure I don't talk nonsense).

If there is a difference we probably have found the problem. Search for the missing directory by using the following and substituting xxx with the missing directory

First off War3zuk, I like your mod, as do the others playing on our server. Thank you for the work you've put into it.

Now, on to the quote:

This is a bit deceiving. As Maganoth mentioned, there is a little work to be done once you have the downloads. Folder structure is important. Just placing the mods into the mods folder from what is downloaded will give errors as the mods are nested in the downloaded form after extraction from the compressed file.

The mod launcher install has an issue. It appears it's missing the ModInfo.xml file in the aio Addons folder in your repo. I bypassed this by just getting your aio Addons and placing them in my own repo along with the our other custom mods on our server. No problems with the mod launcher since (I set up a private listing for our server, Thanks Spherii !!). This just happened recently when you changed the links on the mod launcher after updating your repo. We've been running your mod on our server for about a month or so.

As for the AIO Worlds folder, unless you are playing your custom maps, it's not needed client side or server side. So that should be an option in Addons in my opinion. In my case, it adds bandwidth usage to the entire process that isn't needed. I totally cut it out when updating our server. And for those maintaining a dedicated server, My opinion of the easiest way to play online and keep everything the same and up to date... use the files from War3zuk's repo. Those are the files you get if you use the Mod Launcher. I have nothing against Nexus mods, but why download from different locations? Regardless, if you are maintaining a server, you should be paying attention to versions of everything you add to insure there are no conflicts.

My AIO Overhaul is classed as an Overhaul by itself as in it originally started life as just over 30 modlets from original pieces of code that stems from Alpha 16.4, The Launcher version called Overhaul is to put aside the confusion but if were talking semantics there both overhauls.. Im not aware the Launcher is missing any files as everything is in the right place so maybe I understood that wrong.. The AIO Worlds folder is in there on Purpose as its part of the Overhaul as it allows people to play the maps which adds to the experience while bound to the other files, Sorry but your Bandwidth isnt my problem.. As for the download folder structure its the Data folder & the Mods folder which is indeed the correct structure so again on that im not sure I get what you mean... & the AIO yeah its a passion obviously as its done altruistically for the enjoyment of other people..

I must confess I'm still confused. So you have two overhauls, one is called "AIO Overhaul", the other is available in the mod launcher. What's the name of the mod launcher overhaul and is it available elsewhere to install on servers? Or is your AIO Overhaul called just AIO or "War3zuk-Alpha-18-Stable-AIO" and is part of the mod launcher version "war3zuk-alpha-18-aio-overhaull"?

I know, for you it seems trivial what I'm asking about. But why not expand your list in the first post to include all packages (at least one overhaul seems to be missing there) and short descriptions like "This is everthing from 1 and 2 plus ...".
