Oh, I can imagine some hand-wringing over that one. "Forcing us to go electricity!"And beyond just the minimum, they might move most recipes to the stove instead of the campfire, which is what I'd expect to happen.

Not sure why a wood burning stove would need to be powered. With that said, the cement mixer should require petrol to use, I added petrol to all mixer's recipes to satisfy my immersion.Just add the ability to craft the stove that's already in the game, cook from it, and add electricity to it and I'd always use that instead of campfires.

maybe just make that as a mod champ. seems like a lot of steps for something thats not necessary, even in real life you just have to boil the water from a natural source to kill bacteria and a filter to remove dirt and other small particles and creatures. My view:
Murky Water (unfiltered and untreated) >>FILTER>> Filtered Water (untreated) >>BOILING>> Boiled Water
Murky Water >>CHEMISTRY STATION>> Potable Water
Murky Water is 25% chance of Dysentery
Filtered Water is 12% chance of Dysentery (The current Murky Water)
Boiled Water is 6% chance of Dysentery (The current Blue Jar)
Potable Water is 0% chance of Dysentery (The current Mineral Water)
A nice side effect of this is with Boiled Water still having a Dysentery chance, the Iron Gut perk is more useful. This also extends the water survival aspect until the Chemistry Station is unlocked.
If a late game "Mineral Water" is desired, then have a 5th type. (I seem to use smoothies later in the game.)
The stove in the game isn't a wood burning one. I was talking about what was already there. Not sure why a wood burning stove would need to be powered.

The difference between you and Riamus is that (YOU) are trolling, (HE) is providing his take/opinion on something.hey I'm just chiming in unnecessarily, please carry on scrolling.
In the zombie apocalypse, things are so desperate we have to garnish before plating up...
If the glue, as before, was prepared from dirty water, then I would have no objections. But alas, from version 1.0, clean water is needed to make it.Glue and paint can be made with drinkable or dirty water.
Why are they needed? In the first 10 days of the game this will be useful, but then we will only get bones from the chicken coop and something tells me that in too small quantities.A chicken coop adds the ability to get a steady supply of meat, feather and eggs without having to hunt chickens.
What kind of dump do you live in? All my life I drank water from streams and wells and seemed to be alive.even in real life you just have to boil the water from a natural source to kill bacteria
I think, glue and paint shouldn't require clean water. They should have allowed us to make them just from murky water in 1.0.If the glue, as before, was prepared from dirty water, then I would have no objections. But alas, from version 1.0, clean water is needed to make it.
