Are there new mouth animations? I've never seen the construction worker open his mouth like that.

Judging by the latest news, zombies will have new animation. At least the feral ones (I note that their model has changed) The location is gorgeous! I'm really looking forward to the developers' stream!
Yeah, you're too old for this man, stop it, right now, you're embarrassing yourself! Is it weird that I'm actually kind of excited for this update?
That animation was specifically asked by @SnowDog1942 , but he asked it for the Party Girl, for some reason...Are there new mouth animations? I've never seen the construction worker open his mouth like that.
I noticed that almost immediately. Facial animations for the entities in game is a must in general, so this is a welcome change if so. I just hope it won't nick performance badly. Are there new mouth animations? I've never seen the construction worker open his mouth like that.
I’m excited to have this released so that bandits will finally be the developmental priority after so many stutters over the years. Is it weird that I'm actually kind of excited for this update?
I'm most exited about the new biome progression and the weather system. Oh, and sledgehammer books.I’m excited to have this released so that bandits will finally be the developmental priority after so many stutters over the years.
Now we just need grabbing animations and biting animationsmouth animations?
Forests already doesn't have any towns / cities, so I think there is plenty of incentive to already venture out of the biome. In my current play through, my main base is still in the forest biome and I have a small shelter / outpost in the burnt biome for my adventuring there.I'm still kinda sad the forest has no weather danger cuz most people will probably just live in the forest

Instead of building from scratch, I found a small graveyard with a small mausoleum near trader Jen that I retrofitted. I wasn't sure if it would be enough to protect me from a storm, but thankfully it was. The mausoleum is probably only 5 x 6 in foot print and I built a small coverted patio attached to the front so I had more space to live in.
When the storm came, standing too close to the edge of my covered patio would give me the storm debuff, but otherwise was safe. Faatal has done alot of work to improve sheltered / not sheltered functionality and so far it feels good to me.
I haven't noticed that happen yet in this playthrough but will keep an eye out.So rain will finally stop going through fully covered ceilings? XD
aye, pretty sure zomboids won't be taking damage from the elements, that would add another thing that the game would have to track, knocking performance downward. Meanwhile, zombies wrecking your stuff is highly likely, just guessing.I was thinking it would be great if storms would also affect non-biome-specific zombies...
That would open up new gameplay possibilities, like defending inside a small ragtag shelter while the storm rages.
Would the zombies create a hole and let the storm in, or would they also die under the extreme weather?
That is true but still as I've said many times. The forest holds your hand too much. Some danger is needed cuz for people who build based on biome looks, people won't suffer.Forests already doesn't have any towns / cities, so I think there is plenty of incentive to already venture out of the biome.
