This supposed to be the fine tuning phase. They are still trying to figure out how to code their ideas...AFTER reselling the game. wtf?
To my knowledge, at no point was the term "fine-tuning" used in any official post. It's crystal clear in the post that outlined the post 1.0 roadmap that there were new features coming. That does not speak fine-tuning to me. It means new code. Also, WTF you mean by "reselling"? They haven't forced a single player to rebuy the game. You bought it in EA, you have access to the full version.

 
that's the thing, i did..  perhaps the recent patch messed something up between both their interaction. I even loaded regular ammo to confirm to myself that i wasn't smokin something...lol
the Turrent was on the ground and aimed down, which told me when i first picked it up, that it was out of ammo.
I play on the XBox Series X, not on PC.... There's no "R"
Then why post about it in the PC section? Also, bug reports are the big red banner at the top.

all i see in red banner  "Report a V1.0 Bug!" ... and this is a Developer section, so it maybe favorable for the Developer who Developers the game or takes part in it for the xbox; to be made ware of issues on all fronts; incase this may be a lingering issue that might come back and bite people later if it's dismissed. Or perhaps PC players hadn't noticed small little glitchy thing because they're focused on complaining about everything how how supposedly how big bad meany TFP's are; for not sticking to a specific date.
And they can complain all they want i guess, i just wanted to report a bug.  lol

If you click on that banner it will take you to the section to fill out a bug report. However for us console players they added a report bug button to the game for us to use which will send to TFP as well. Best way for us to report bugs if you weren’t aware of it.

The PC section is more extended than the console section. For many items the PC section functions as a "General section", it would be crazy to split everything up when most of the game is equal for PC and console. Maybe the forum needs an overhaul to give it a specific "general" and seperated platform secvitions for PC and each console.

There should still be a button to open the radial menu that lets you select ammo type, block shape, which light to turn on and off, etc.  I'm not sure what it is on console, not there should be one.

If you open the radial menu and it doesn't let you select the AP ammo, then you would report it as a bug with the red banner, even on console.  Though you can, of course, also report the bug through the game itself on console.  But I would make sure you are opening that radial menu before reporting it as a bug.

Creating a bug report is the best way to go.

You create the bug report, TFP staff looks at it and try to replicate it.

And finally (drum roll)... TFP fixes the bug if it needs fixing.

OR... You write 5 messages about it here, and it might never be seen by the devs. It's up to you. 😁

I found the glitch.. appears to be user error ..lol
I completely forgot about holding down the X button to select from the wheel which ammo to load in.. I assumed it would load the only ammo automatically in my inventory if the default wasn't present... Although i think that would be a nice add-in to weapons, etc. This way perhaps less experience or new players that might get an advanced ammo can load it VS the weapon likely defaulting to the least powerful default ammo. I just assumed the junk Turret would just accept what i had VS me having to select it.
I was able to load up the ammo into the Turret i was having issue the other day.

That may have been user error, but that also made me think it would be nice to prevent you from selecting ammo types you don't have any of.

Maybe I read your message wrong but... The last bedroll you put down is always where you will spawn if you die... No?

He's talking about the spawn near backpack option and the ability to disable it as it feels cheap respawning on your dropped backpack. Nothing to do with the bedroll.

what ever pve player talked the pimps into adding spawn near backpack obviously wasn't thinking or has never ran a server. Spawn near backpack was a horrible idea ,, when someone kills someone that person spawns in render distance of the killer to only be re killed again, This ends up causing a death loop, which can lock a player out of the game. Also for many years players like yourself and me playd the game knowing if you died it would be quite the journey back to your backpack, that was part of the adventure. Things like this is why so many people question the direction of the game. Like seriously who is in charge? Why do features get taken out and replaced with things that dont make sense? I could go on and on about but this but could also recall countless things that where added or removed that just doesnt make sense.

A deathloop that can be ended at any moment by NOT selecting the option to spawn near backpack? Oh no! 

People wanted the option and that's all it is: an option.

If you're playing PvP and you're worried you'll just be killed over and over again spawning in naked within the render distance of the guy who is still armored and armed? Then choose spawn on bedroll.

If you're playing and enjoy the adventure of trekking back to your backpack? Then choose spawn on bedroll.

I don't see why it is horrible to provide options.

ill forgive you for this one as i know 100% you dont play pvp but let me inform your real quick... during raids alot of time players have their bedroll removed. THERE IS NO BEDROLL TO SPAWN TO
