Hmm, the racist bit doesn't truly fit thou, nothing closeted about my stances, and I'm largely aware of the extent of my racism - so maybe not that one, in that format. Unless you want to rephrase

There certainly is a big grey area somewhere but expressed this blantantly, (IMHO) no. The owners of the forum (and moderators) don't want culture wars and politics in here. You have ample opportunity for political speeches elsewhere.

But you are imposing your world view to other players by trying to convince us that the casino Indian stereotype can just be dismissed as left wing radical woke mob rhetoric. This is exactly the type of political speech that isn’t allowed because it is an attack against the person and not the argument. You don’t even care about analyzing the argument. You have spent all your energy trying to pigeonhole khz into a political faction you despise so that you can automatically dismiss it all. You even celebrated once you decided you had him pegged…lol.
Discussions like this one about the story can happen as long as people leave the ideological insults out of it and it is very possible to do so as many posts have shown. But there are a few who can’t help but bring the left vs right war into it and then THAT becomes the topic instead of the original discussion.
OR….it could simply be his personal belief and he isn’t trying to spread an ideological platform’s talking points. He isn’t acting like an activist and starting petitions and going to the media. All he has done is pose the argument and provided evidence that he feels supports his view and warned that a backlash could result in lost customers.
Most here are speaking to those points but all you seem to care about is putting a label on him and somehow that label invalidates anything he says.
That works for politicians and talk show hosts but it is against the forum rules as it is exactly the type of flame war inducing speech that we don’t want and so won’t work here and needs to stop. If you can’t stick to the argument itself and feel you must try and discredit the person because of a label you think applies to them then please step away from the thread.

if the "duke" was based off of a Joel Osteen like Mega Church leader...would "we" still be this heated? Casino...church...both of those kinds of businesses are designed to part idiots from their money...neither is really associated with "goodness". But it touches on half a dozen aspects of the whole motivations -discussion (I don't care what people call me, misattributing and misinterpreting everything etc etc.) ... it's less funny than I wanted, but hey, I tried 
And side note; I do respect the moderation style here.. plenty of places would shut this thread down; others would let it devolve .. at least some discussion can get aired this way. Tough line to draw.

No. You got it backwards. Your description assumes that ideology means blindly following some self imposed views.
It's quite the opposite (at least for me), I dismiss his left-wing propaganda exactly because I believe racism is weaponized by left leaning people for some type of personal benefit, being it political gain (not this case) or even to feed a fake sense of self righteousness.
I believe the Duke stereotype is innocuous exactly because I don't see racism everywhere and I believe, as Einstein once said, that there's only ONE race: the human race. All the rest is BS. We need to protect individuals or groups, but not based on their skin color or ethnicity.
