after an update 6-4-3 -->6-4-4, the game crash in the world initialisation (load savegame) with the console error:

IndexOutOfRange Exeption:index was outside the bound of the array

Could anyone point me in the direction of how mining for resources works?  Without surface tells, I am having trouble finding coal or nitrate.

Thanks!  I didn't realize it was by biome, I had been digging holes all over and scratching my head why I was only seeing lead over and over!

 
I have a question about the class quests, I have completed the shotgun class quests through "kill zombies with pump shotgun" and after completing that quest it did not trigger the start of the next quest.  On the wiki, it shows this as being 3/9 in the quest chain, and the next quest is to find a 

Benelli M3 Super 90.  Will the next stage of the quest start and finish the moment I find that gun?  I have reached player level 45 and shotgun skill 100 and have not come across that gun, so I am starting to worry the wiki might be out of date.  Am I worrying too soon?

 
I last played in February.  When it was alpha 17 I played with the Ravenhearst that was used for alpha 17 (version 5?).  With the version I was playing in Feb with alpha 18, I noticed some features weren't put back in yet.  Like roads made you run faster, and some of the special zombies like the birds that breathed dynamite and the big spider like ones.  I may not have played to the needed gamestage to get them, but I wasn't really noticing any of the big special zombies that are from your mod, other than like the woman zombie with the red skirt or other "low-key" zombies, the ones that are just mixed in with the regular zombies but nothing special about them.  There were also no quests to kill 100 zombies to get the baseball bat, kill 100 zombies to get the sledgehammer (or whatever the numbers of required kills were), that progression through the blunt weapons so you could craft them.  Are these gameplay features back in now?  If not is there a list of things that were in alpha 17's ravenhearst but are no longer in alpha 18's ravenhearst?

 
A group of friends and I just started a dedicated server for ravenhearst, we have one person that is stuck on "receiving and loading configs" and cant get into the game...has anyone had this problem or know a fix for it?

While this friend is loading --- have him press the F1 key. There you can see progress. Be patient. it takes a long time, but in the least you can see progress or issues.

Can I play with my friend who connects to my client without any extra setup/modifications? Yesterday we tried it and after 1 hour gameplay we got console errors that prevent the play. (we both set eac off, and I'd choosen to generate a random world) 
In short, is it possible to play two person connects one another without a server?

Hello, a few questions, please.
How do I get the mod "modGunButtkick3000". (A player on the server has it, but I cannot find it in the current RH version)
Is that wanted, that the dealers have no protection? And how can I undo that. I need to restore them to our server regularly.
Does the client also have to update from 6.4.4 to 6.4.5 or is only the server needed?

Hello, great mod! But I have a few questions: I don't see the last two snipers on the workbench to be crafted, the ones you get with lvl 5 Sniper skill (remington is one of them). Also I can't seem to complete the science quest - Fantasy and microchip - where you have to mix the ingredients to make the first formula. What am I missing?

 
Hello, a very interesting mod which I'd like to play. But I encountered a serious problem: I don't have any sound whatsoever. I did a clean re-install of 7dtd and started it vanilla and everything works fine soundwise. After installing the mod (version 6.4.5) the sounds and music are gone, both in the main menu and in game. Several clean re-installations didn't solve the problem. Other apps like Spotify or Discord or YouTube work fine at the same time. Can anyone help?

Problem solved! Seems that I had installed the wrong sound drivers. Why they worked with everything else except the mod is a mystery to me. 🙂

I'm not sure if this is a bug or an intended thing, but I've just started playing the RH 6.4 and whenever I drink something from a jar or use a jar of food (haven't had any cans to try it on yet) the jar gets consumed with the food.  I'm not sure if this is something that is intended or not, but its difficult early game when you're just trying to get started that losing *any* sort of resource is hard on you.  Is this just something with my game? Is it a bug? Is there a way to fix this? If not, its not a huge deal, but it can be frustrating.

That is not a bug. Starting with version 6.4.3, you no longer get jars back after consuming a food or drink.

 
Coming back to Ravenhearst and I have a couple of queries. Can anyone advise me if these are bugs or its meant to be like this....

- When my iron fire axe's break they break for good... is this normal? Usually I can repair them with a repair kit when they break and it goes down X levels....

- I decided to build a base and use wood pillar 50's.... after building a whole bunch for half a day I then found out that you can't upgrade them... WTH??? lol ended up having to cheat and bring in some cobblestone ones, but that removes my whole immersion.

- Also cannot toggle the helmet light on or off... It's stuck on all the time...

-In Ravenhearst, trying to repair an item that has 10 durability or less will destroy it, as it loses 10 durability upon repair. Make sure the item has 11+ durability or simply make a new one. As your Construction skill goes up, you will lose less durability when repairing items.

-I'm our group's cook, so I'm not familiar with the construction upgrades.

-This is a vanilla bug. What I've found can work most of the time is to take off your helmet manually and place it in your inventory. Manually place the helmet back on your head and see if that works. This has usually worked for us, we did have one case where it did not and my friend's only option was to use another helmet with a light.
