Jars - Merry Christmas!

Wouldn't be enough to overcome how many jars you can obtain as you taking fall damage is far less likely than getting jars plus a perk fixes all of that.

Getting hit by zombies doesn't work either as it negates any remaining value of longer tier 5 POIs.
This would be more of an immersion change than a practical game progress change.

Pretty sure that's a Sony/Microsoft decision to allow the Fun Pimp to add mod support for console.

It only works if the devs made a Ingame mod shop otherwise it doesn't work... Other games also have mods on console it just a little work for fun pimps

No community mod support and higher prices are exactly what someone should expect when he buys a console. Those are inherent features of the console system and they are not really secrets.
Complaining to a game developer about it is as if you complained to a supermarket that it adds sale tax to his wares.

Ah yes another one that defend fun police at all cost 😂
Dude it's simple to make mods on console just make a Ingame mod shop with popular mods and everyone is happy but no you not interested in solving problems you just a troll so stop being a troll and try to solve problems

How about a chance to break all jars in your inventory when you take fall damage, or break your leg (from falling, not zombie injury)
They've talked about it. But it seems low priority and they haven't found a way that they like. Also, I think a lot of people would complain if that applied to all jars and not just empty jars. Fall off something by accident and all your drinks break? It's one thing if it only affects empty jars, but then you'd have people saying that breaks immersion. Plus, as Kyoji mentioned, fall damage is negated very early in the game. There are multiple ways to do so, from perks to books to armor to boot mods. All you need is 1-2m extra fall distance and you'll rarely take fall damage. You aren't usually going to fall more distance than that very often. So you end up with maybe breaking some jars in the first week and then never again. Is that worth the dev time to add that? Maybe, maybe not. It depends if it provides enough of a sink for empty jars, which I don't think it will.

Now, damage from injury causing breaking jars can last all game as a jar sink. But you are even more likely to upset people if that applies to all jars. And again, if it only applies to empty jars, there will be people who complain that it should apply to everything to be immersive.

I know there are mods on console but I am sure they need the publisher or developer to evaluate each one for not circumventing any security measures and probably also if they can run on console without overtaxing xbox s for example. Relatively easy in the case of XML mods, a lot more work for more complex mods. It generates running costs which TFP can't get back as long as they don't change the model to a service game or make it a pay-shop which adds a whole new layer of complexity.
Difficult for a small developer to do but granted, not impossible. Realistically though that would only be a good method after they really arrived at a final product, i.e. with 4.0. Currently they don't even have steam-mod-support for that reason.

Simple? I would disagree. But I don't really know much about the situation on console: How many of the developers with a size similar to TFP have mod support on console for their games? Or can you only list AAA?
