What does that have to do with the OP? And why would anyone with a decent PC want to buy the worse version of the game? All I can say is, you should of bought the console version.
Worse version? Console doesn't have this problem the OP is having (at least not on PS5), the game works pretty much flawlessly on it. There's some stuttering here and there around the city, but that has to do with internet. What does that have to do with the OP? OP: A log also helps as it has your PC specs in it and that can help narrow things down, as well as a crash dump if that happens.
Would be good of you to copy and paste those logs, since for some reason that attachment won't open for me, please. This is a logs you asked
By the way, the stuttering is caused by the addition of 3rd person, even if you don't use it in game. A fix should be out soon.Worse version? Seriously?! Man, never would of guessed a small feature like that would cause an irritating problem like that! Wonder if that's the same reason why ES4: Oblivion Remake is stuttering too.By the way, the stuttering is caused by the addition of 3rd person, even if you don't use it in game. 1: What kind of drive is the D: on which the game is installed? This is a logs you asked
The game is installed on an SSD (D),1: What kind of drive is the D: on which the game is installed?
2: Check your Event Viewer for an entry at the same time as your crash. (2026-01-05 Time 01:22:26)
There should be an Event entry in your Applications or System folder there. Post that info.
I have that -force-d3d11. What I don't have is -dx11. Maybe it isn't relevant, but it was the only thing that stood out to me since I can't understand the crash dump part. Thanks for looking into it.
Just to clarify: 7DTD already runs on DX11 by default, so -force-d3d11 only makes that explicit.
The crash happens after graphics initialization, inside Epic Online Services (EOS), specifically in user info / RTC audio calls, so it doesn’t seem related to DirectX. I also tested without -force-d3d11 and the crash still occurs.
