Only downside to fishing is as soon as you put a bobber in the water or a cast a lure, I'm sure a zombie will pop out of nowhere and go for you lol

Ya, well I am sure there some obscure quantum string theory of thermal dynamics, that makes that bobber generate heat that only Zs can see. Plus when it hits the water, it will send a plume of steam in some sort non seable spectrum by normal humans that only Zs can see.

And therefor you would set an unbeknowst trigger that wil advise Scotty to teleport a Z to your location.

I means, it seems simple enough to me.

Obviously you just need to build a fishing base, complete with turrets and full trap setup.

If they still attacked the top block first, couldn't they crouch through that top block as well? The culprit seems to be that zombies can crouch now, not what block they attack.
That would be much harder to pull off. They'd have to jump the one block they're capable of jumping now, then squeeze through the second block unless they did it as they always have: piling up to the point that those in front teleported through.

I liked the second block for "zombie height" reasons, but then they couldn't crawl under shelving and such and would stand there banging on it forever if you didn't walk around and take them out. Six of one; half dozen of the other, imo. It's not a huge change in zombie behavior, but if the block damage has indeed changed, it probably shouldn't have given that zombie block damage is set in options.
