■■■■ coyotes. Where the hell did that thing come from. Oh, I've got a buzzard on me. Oh great. I'm bleeding. What's that? concussion...how the hell can a buzzard give me a concussion when I'm running backwards to avoid a coyote. Wait what's that one? Exhaustion! Okay I'll use my 9 mm cuz I'm tired. Killed the coyote. I'm almost dead I better use a bandage. Oh come on there's another buzzard on me now!!!

Oh great I'm diseased. ■■■■ buzzards

I'm learning (in undead legacy) that vultures can be a LOT worse.

I had over a half a dozen of them chasing me in my dune buggy.

 
In the open, I don't mind them.  They are ready to kill quickly.  But coming out of a door in a POI and getting attacked without warning sucks.

I will have to disagree on this one.

One makes you wet and requires a lot more mental imagery/processing to understand.

and one makes you wet with your own blood, and is immediately understood as a bad idea.

If your goal is to confuse someone for a second, then I would agree with you.
