Changed:
- Increased crafting queue to 10 slots, hopefully fixing difficulty in clicking cancel.
- Changed description of biome hazard buffs.
- Halved Pain Elemental kill count requirement for challenge.
- Added 11k through to 16k random map generation options.
- Former human names to include their classic names.
- Removed smell from Sham(e) foods as they don't have fresh meat.
- Made it harder to prevent Cyberdemon from firing rockets.
- Increased learn by shooting XP for Rocket Launcher for direct hits and kills from 22 to 50, due to MP limitation not rewarding XP from splash damage.
- Changed 'default' feral sense to day only, this simulates demons being able to see you in broad daylight, but struggle to see you at night.
- Changed 'default' player killing to No Killing, Doom Survival doesn't support PVP damage with armour.
- Always get a crop instead of 90% from player farm.
- Hazmat suit no longer degrades when indoors, duration reduced from 70 mins to 30 mins.
- Changed deployed turret stats to be tighter and faster aiming and respect the longer active range.
- Nerfed wooden and iron spikes damage, wood 20 > 15, iron 30 > 20.
- Buffed health bar candy to increase max health by 50 instead of 20, and also resists 2nd degree burns.
- Lowered Rocket Launcher block damage.
- Buffed airdrop loot as well as added some ammo.
- Start with double ammo (200 bullets, 100 arrows), medikits (10) and armour (Security Armour).
- Lowered resources needed for vehicles, weapons and tools, reducing the grind by roughly 20%.
- Increased demon ammo drops, 10 handgun, 14 chaingun.
- Increased demon ammo loot bags displayed sprite distance.
- Increased egg stack to 30, raw meat and rotting flesh to 25.

- Buffed Flamethrower damage and range.
- (Save game safe) Repurposed Firearms Expert perk, now called Resourceful Upgrader, reduces resources required to upgrade tools and weapons, lessening the grind of the mod if players wish to use this perk. Firearms Expert made guns extremely overpowered, dealing way more damage than their Classic Doom counterparts.
Fixed:
- Crossbow bolts can set off explosive blocks.
- Toolbelt hotkeys to work when holding shift.
- Fresh player spawn should now start with full food and water consistently.
- Fixed skill point per level issue in multiplayer.
- Fixed cleared POI text spam in multiplayer.
- Tech Junkie completion correctly allows for 3 active turrets.
- Stimpacks, Medikits and Berserk Pack respects health bar candy.
- Invulnerability wasn't working correctly in multiplayer.
- Added smell display stat to animal fat.
- Corrected description for ammo scrounger perk.
- Armour was breaking when it shouldn't in multiplayer.
- One of the challenges had oversight that errored when clicked on.
- Reworked water gathering mechanic.
- Loot chests now have a chance to give their biome specific weapons.
Removed:
- Junk Turrets from learn by shooting due to MP vanilla code limitations, recipes are unlocked by default.
- Cities in forest biome, cities made early game too hard.
- Temporarily removed "screamer" spawning from heatmap. Too many spawn currently.
- Cigars from loot, they don't do anything.
Added:
- Blood bags are drinkable, 5 food, 10 health/water (half the cost of making them with the draw kit).
- Lootstage boost to the four easiest difficulties. 16,12,8,4.
- W00kien00kie's Loot Respawn Tweak to help with servers.
- Orange tooltip warning for hazmat suit when below 120 seconds duration.
- Toolbelt, and player stats remain displayed when on a vehicle.
- Extra row of backpack space (12 slots)
- Lawn Mower also collects flowers and cotton.
