What's after cement now? Just reinforced cement? Since there's no stainless steel? Or did something replace it?
you craft concrete with concrete mix (cement+stone+sand), then you can upgrade it to reinforced concrete, then to steel (as it used to be). Stainless steel was removed. Also when breaking reinforced concrete doesn't downgrade to concrete but just breaks (dissapears).

Ahhh thank you.

So is it like default where they walk 20% faster during the day and 20% faster than sprint at night? I'd like an always walk where they are just slightly faster than me, but not run where they cross 10m in a second. Keeps it to where I can't just walk and they not get me, but I can still get away if needed. Could there at some point possibly be a slider? Be able to choose the starting, basically walk 100% is jog 0%, jog 100% is run 0%, run 100% is sprint 0%, etc?
Different zombies have different speeds, so it just adjusts the variation between their min and max speed. A slow walker, would be a slow jogger. A fast walker a fast Jogger as I'm finding out the hard way. I need to bring jog down a bit, since the faster ones like businessmen jog faster than my backup speed. POIs are a lot harder, since the higher speeds give less room to maneuver.

Will all these be expalined? Like what is the difference (speed, arrgo distance) between, Jog, Run, Sprint and Nightmare?
It has nothing to do with distances. They are all adjustments to a zombie's speed when they are aggroed.

All zombies now have a min and max aggro speed. The five settings use these blend values to determine what speed between min and max is used.

0, .35, .65, 1, 1.2

Walk (0) is using the min aggro speed.

Sprint (1) is using the max aggro speed.

Nightmare (1.2) is using the max aggro speed times 1.2.

Seeing Faatals screenshot adding in options to adjust run speed for zombies, ferals, and daytime/nighttime.

Is there any consideration for expanding the difficulty settings? A lot of the people i play with like to play the higher difficulties, but we prefer it for the damage they cause to us.

However we do not like bullet sponges. Is it possible to be able to have settings where you can have a zombie hit for 200% damage like insane does, but still take 100% damage from players.

We do run at night, and ferals always run. So we like the fear of getting caught, and only taking a couple hits to die. But we don't want to unload 20-30 arrows/bullets into a feral to kill 1 zombie.

(I understand this could probably done in XML editing, this question is posed for adding it in to the base game)

Bullet sponges are annoying. One feral on insane can take more then 300 steel crosbow arrow and dont care about it... On horde night, we have 9 of them, we were trying to kill them one and half day after horde night, then we just have to log out to remove them. Hundreds of bullet of all kind and arrows, no use...

I notice that usually it take 20-30 round from pistol to kill a feral zombie, what pistol are so bad? to real human 3 bullet in any body part is enough, they are guns. I prefer to have more zed on horde night, but guns is a gun. I saw sometime Arrow perform better than bullets..

Geez, that is a horrible design choice by the devs, especially if a lot of those shots were headshots. They either need to balance the zeds more, the guns or the damage these weapons do to the zeds. Especially the headshot multiplier. Most zeds should be going down after 1 or 2 shots straight into the thing that's keeping these walking corpses going. I can understand mutated zeds not going down after a few headshots or heck even a boss level one cause what's the point of a boss level enemy going down so fast no challenge there or zeds that were former specific entities, football player, dead soldier, ect who have thick headwear.

sounds to me basically they need to balance things out more, since it's the a17 pre-release beta there's plenty of time still to balance, test, quash bugs and iron things out.

I might already got some pill secretly uploaded in my brain cell because I used my roomba for small christmas tree`s stand and I am shocked.
That`s how I kill time till stable is out. Dammit.
Sounds to me like you got a pill secretly uploaded somewhere alright.. ;-)

300 steel bolts is a big exaggeration but yeah they take a lot. I loaded up my testing playground on insane as level 1 with a compound bow and steel arrows, out of a 250 stack it was dead with 198 left, and I missed 7 shots. only 5 of them weren't headshots, I think.

Sorry for the resolution, even using the Unity launcher the game either loads in 4k or no-k, and if it's 4k and I change it I lose about 20fps.. lol. (and blurry, was "bleeding" and didn't want to miss the 40 or so arrows in his head lol)

You need to hit the zombie for that to work better.

Without any attributes or perks a basic feral on insane took 25 damage from a steel crossbow bolt, 38 on a headshot.

At 225 HP it would take 6-9 bolts.

If you need 300 then your hit probability is around 2.5%.

@ Jugginator

Image quality is horrible but that looks more like a radiated, not a feral.

Completely different ballgame.

VEHICLE STORAGE

Is there any vehicle storage or has that been removed? The minibike you could put a basket on it and it would give you some storage. Is there a mod for this or is it coming and it hasn't been implemented?

All vehicles have a build-in storage, I personally didn't try minibike, but a bicycle and a motorcycle and 4x4 had storage.

Hold 'E' to enable radial menu.
