Have you ever tried to disassemble your scooter at home under water so you could carry it out of a lake ? I think it is good, if you drive your vehicle in the lake you're just screwed.

Maybe you can get your loot out of it but the vehicle should be destroyed.

Vehicle should be destroyed??? No! In real life you can call 911 and rescue your vehicle )

In Alpha 17 vehilces will can going in water and under water, but very slowly )

 
okay so question whats the status of npc's and bandits? for recruiting and whatnot.

There won't be any in A17. Potentially, maybe, possibly, hopefully, eventually in A18..19-ish? Better not to ask.

 
When can you remove the bellows from the forge you crafted? When can you remove the hammer from the workbench you crafted? When can you remove the stone from the stone axe you crafted?
You can’t but those items are still craftable. It will be same for vehicles— and guns I believe. You craft them out of materials and then it is a whole item that cannot be broken down into component parts again just like everything else in the game that is crafted.

Things that used to be “assembled” will now be crafted like everything else. In addition you can add mods to them. :)

Still not so sure about that :) They repeatly said that there will be some suprises.

Yeah you're right. Don't get me wrong, if these surprise features are bandits and the like, I'd be thrilled. But the last time a super-secret feature was revealed, it were arrows sticking to zombies.

yep and the list could grow but dont see it as needed here... but then again... with some of the topics here lately, this may not be out of sorts as one would expect :) best to leave well enough alone :)

 
16 is enough for most games. But for 7days or trying to open 2 chrome tabs you'll want 32 ;p
But the game isn't optimized yet. So graphic cards and other assets are not working at 100%. I believe a friends 1070 card was "sleeping" during 7days but the game still had crappy FPS.

I have 16GB of with 55% of it being taken. With 7days2Die and 7 tabs. May go up a bit if a horde wonders by but you do NOT need 32GB for 7 Days, any game for that matter. The performance gain from having 32GB is so small it isn't worth the extra money one bit.

Plus it's a very efficient way of organizing surprises for the community. I like it.

 
I'll admit "Arrow-sticking" is pretty high on features I am excited for. One of my favorite things about Skyrim was checking the bodies after an archery assault, checking out those sweet head shots. Now if only there was no necessity of gore blocks degeneration, I would be a supremely happy camper!

But they just want to know is it close yet? how close？like 1to10.
