Agree You all deserve a big Thanks for all the work you do!Don't for a second think, we don't owe you thanks! :encouragement:
*Searches trashbag on the road*Minibikes in toilets!
Calling it.
Yes. Recipes like other stuff.Okay, I'll take the bait.
How do we get vehicles now? Do we still need to assemble them?
Must be a Hefty trashbag*Searches trashbag on the road**Receives 4x4 Truck*
Huh.
I see lot of people are thinking that we find it, but if assembly is not there, it still can be CRAFTED, like instead of crafting chassis, you craft complete vehicle. IF they limit it to find in world, then they must have a plan for : Car Trader who sell vehicle and vehicle appear in world like respawn cartes, else on MP game it will be problem where new player won't find vehicle easily. Now this I am curious about. I get the feeling now that we aren't going to build the vechicles but find them in the world, and we may have to repair them with certan parts once to get them running again. Unless I am reading too much into it and parts were just renamed mods.
Can we make the Jeep with wood, plastic scrap and forged iron, like the guns?Yes. Recipes like other stuff.

When can you remove the bellows from the forge you crafted? When can you remove the hammer from the workbench you crafted? When can you remove the stone from the stone axe you crafted? So I can only assume we won't be making vehicles anymore, maybe finding them and repairing them?
I know I am a tad late to reply but, could this mean the potential to have event based music with our own custom music? Not in general. Vehicle sounds got a complete overhaul. Dynamic music system is in the works by another programmer.
Exactly my point, Just wondering how much Forged Iron or Nails it need to craft a Jeep, Must be in thousands,When can you remove the bellows from the forge you crafted? When can you remove the hammer from the workbench you crafted? When can you remove the stone from the stone axe you crafted?
You can’t but those items are still craftable. It will be same for vehicles— and guns I believe. You craft them out of materials and then it is a whole item that cannot be broken down into component parts again just like everything else in the game that is crafted.
Things that used to be “assembled” will now be crafted like everything else. In addition you can add mods to them.![]()
That honestly sounds awesome as long as its not gated behind a book. I think we have all had games where we have gone 40+ days without a minibike because the book eludes us.When can you remove the bellows from the forge you crafted? When can you remove the hammer from the workbench you crafted? When can you remove the stone from the stone axe you crafted?

Have you ever tried to disassemble your scooter at home under water so you could carry it out of a lake ?So if my minibike gets stuck in a lake, I won't be able to disassemble it to retrieve it out of the lake? Or how will that work in A17?
If I remember correctly, the maximum amount of types of materials used while crafting is 4, right? So will we be able to make jeeps with just 4 materials? Or will it be a multi-tiered crafting approach? When can you remove the bellows from the forge you crafted? When can you remove the hammer from the workbench you crafted? When can you remove the stone from the stone axe you crafted?

They said vehicles are working underwater but it is really really slow and you still need oxygen. So if you jump in lake you are able take it out of lake but need a lot of swimming up and down for breathning. So if my minibike gets stuck in a lake, I won't be able to disassemble it to retrieve it out of the lake? Or how will that work in A17?
vehicle mods confirmedThere is no taking parts off of vehicles anymore. Just mods.
Like some have said the vehicles don't stop underwater come A17. If you have lots of speed you will drive pretty fast underwater for a few seconds then it will get slower and slower. A video showed it can't remember which one it was. So hopefully you just don't go driving into a lake to try and get from one said to the other because that wouldn't work out to good. But if it is dark and you hit the water by mistake then you should be know pretty fast and already be getting in turned around before it is way out in the lake. If you don't and keep driving forward you are probably going to lose your bike.So if my minibike gets stuck in a lake, I won't be able to disassemble it to retrieve it out of the lake? Or how will that work in A17?
Roland, will we can get any materials and main parts with wrench from new jeep, bike, motorcicle or other vehicles? When can you remove the bellows from the forge you crafted? When can you remove the hammer from the workbench you crafted? When can you remove the stone from the stone axe you crafted?
