new people who would play the game the first thing that they will check is steam and seeing that there was the update for almost 1 year i would run and never look back not alot of people come to forums that reality

i am not saying that the devs are giving up or lazy i am saying TFP need to obtain the glory that meant for them this game can be something big something huge

ive always loved the game and i will continue to do so but sometimes i just feel that the game is giving enough

just a question

Hi y'all, first I would like to say is the dev team is doing a great job, thank you and keep up the good work. I am confused, is the 4x4 being pushed back or just the passenger ability? Ether way, I'm good to go just wanted some clarification.

I would hope not, I'm sure many will come back after the update and will continue to do so with each iteration. When the update cycle is so long (not complaining btw, I understand the development process takes time and work) enthusiasm will naturally die down between releases. I have many other games to play while I'm waiting but I will certainly be jumping straight back to 7dtd once A17 hits.

Pretty sure the 4x4 will be in, it's just the passenger capability that is unlikely.

How on Earth do you Eastern Europeans deal with this every year? I'm seriously considering getting an inflatable air-bed and paddling North to invade Denmark.
Let me know how Denmark turns out, having similar thoughts myself. :plane:

It has been awhile for a new update, but they reworked so much of the game its worth it. And I think that the large number of streamers this time will compensate for what you read on steam right now. I'd put my money on this game becoming one of big games that's played for years on end, even by those that are negative about it right now.

Yeah if A17 lives up to the hype it will gain a serious following going into A18.
at least for a couple weeks and then the whiners will start back up showing their deep love for the game.

when a17 drops we will gain even more NEW buyers :)

People who play games should play games, and the people who are in the business of making games should worry about the business of making games.

EDIT: Based on the recent Steam player numbers leak,

Code:
7 Days to Die 4,184,553 251570
Assuming that every player paid $10 for the game (A very modest assumption as many purchased at $24.99) TFP have made over $41.8M USD to date, and the game isn't even completed.

I don't think they care about Steam Reviews as much as people think. Obviously they want to sell more copies, but catering to the squeakiest wheels over a process that they are comfortable using probably doesn't hold a lot of weight. The fact that the dev cycle has been this way for a while should be a pretty clear indicator, but some children have to keep touching the hot stove, I guess.

And that is just based on the PC version I'm sure they get some kind of % off of the console sales. Unless they was so kind hearted and just gave it away to TT. So it could be way higher. But agree I think they are pretty happy with the way they are doing things.

i know i really get a good laugh every time is see these experts who just know the game sucks, has no normal updates and no new content... and the list goes on....

oh and havent seen it in a while but the fun pimps probably took the money and run off to a tropical island. :)

Thanks TSBX for the enlightenment. :) i always look forward to you to brighten things up. :)

also, i paid 24.99 and got my moneys worth (many many times over)... i paid 60.00 for FF XV and beat it in 26 hrs... did not see my money's worth on that one.

according to your logic, awesome industries think all people who posts a support ticket are stupd and should be threaten like that. correction my friend. or try to keep your tongue inside, not in the devs. oooooh that was a bit rude. why did i said that ooh

Cheers
“Did you try pulling the trigger” is simply way more badass than any other troubleshooting step people offer, pardon my French. Pointing out the humor in that isn’t sucking up to the devs, it’s not insulting, and it’s not threatening. If anything needs correcting, it isn’t my post...

A well timed sale that coincides with the release of A17 Stable should prevent most of the whining.

Mate, that is the worst marketing trick, lol. Doing so much hard work to sell your upgraded product or service for a % of its worth ? I hope this is a joke bud. :)

Don't forget Steam/Valve takes a 30% cut of that 41.8M.

Tell them that because that's what they do.

Just passengers. The 4x4 is functioning just as well as the minibike, bicycle and motorcycle.

@Faatal

I would like to ask you a question, environmental dangers to which it refers?

tormetas? snow? extreme heat?
