Curse of Anubis - CoA - Prefabs

yes the prefab file has all necessary information to spawn in the desert. But by default it can spawn everywhere.

You just need to edit the vanilla rwgmixer.xml and add the prefab to the desired locations it should spawn.

like so:

if you want it only in the desert you also need to edit the EgyptSphinx.xml of the prefab.

<property name="AllowedTownships" value="town,rural,city,wilderness,cave," />

You can remove all biomes or townships you dont like.

PS: I edited the Download and added a Rwgmixer.xml. By default it should now automatic add the prefab to wilderness and rural group if the complete mod is placed to the Game Mods directory.

As much as I understand there is something wrong with this Rwgmixer.xml file you recently added? All I did was download this mod and install it using the SDX launcher, didnt try modifying any files.

my bad theres a mistake in the rwgmixer.xml. i changed it accordingly but it seems the game doesnt add it to the rwgmixer.

so..you need to add the prefab manuel in the rwgmixer of 7dtd for now. maybe i find a solution in the future

Im working towards an a18 update. Probably wont update the Mod in a17.

I started redoing my 2nd prefab" TheSphinx". The next Version will have 2 POIs (pyramid/Sphinx)

The Pyramid will have its own Boss - The Pharao

The Sphinx will have also a specific Boss - Anubis

I have included many new Traps and things which will make it much harder.

Then i did this new PyramidTemple which can be found in the POI´s to get AncientStones to upgrade Ancient Weapons.

...yea i also been working on many new weapons and weapon mods :)

Updated the First Post with a new Download for A17.4

Also this Mod will be part of the upcoming Overhaul "Fantasy Mod" if you like to check it out if released.

 
That's why I asked, I don't see it in there. Is the nest spawner the spawnfromentitygroup?

An A18 Version is on the Way and almost ready.

This time it will contain 2 Prefabs (ThePyramid/TheSphinx).

i will do proper Description over the next days. You need the DMT-TOOL to patch the 0-SpherellCoreScripts into the game. After you´ve done that its just drag and drop .

You unzip my files to your 7dtddirectory/Mods Folder and it should be ready to play.

For instructions on how to use DMT or the core script head over to the appropriate forum linked at the first page of Curse of Anubis

Fixes:

-With the next Update there will be some improvements of some Entity. Animations and Textures are now better. (no more cloth going through the mesh and things like that)

- AnubisNew Version

- improved Snakescorpion Textures

-The upgradable Pyramid with 3 Pieces has a complete new Texture and looks much better.

NEW STUFF:

- Katana

- 2 new Axe Models

- A Demonic Spear Scythe dropped from new Entity

- New Entity ( SkullWarrior )

- A new Nest Spawner Block for Creatures.

Probably aded:

- Survivor who can be found in the POI´s . Can be hired. Has custom quests and fights on your side. Can do stuff for you etc.
