Connection Timed Out/NetSteamNetworkingSessionError_ClosedByPeer on consoles

I've been on discord and we'll. I'm seeing the mods saying it's EOS and then members saying EOS saying nothing is wrong. Honestly I get it's a small company but the lack of support is getting a bit much. 

I've put tickets everywhere and only hope it will get fixed.  

When is State of Decay 3 coming? lol kidding

 
So my brother in the west can still get online and play in other servers, but me being in the east coast , I get nothing but

 Connection Timed Out/NetSteamNetworkingSessionError_ClosedByPeer

Same here - GF and I have been playing for 3-4 weeks now nightly and this has taken the wind out of our sails.

My entire friend group who plays is also experiencing this. NA East (New England).

 
4 of us players, all in the United States are having this same issue. We haven't been able to play together for 2 days now. Checked NAT, reinstalled the game,  deleted my server/world and started over with no changes.

My Husband and I are in South Dakota, and our 2 friends are in Michigan

Group of 3 here all with the same problem.

the reason i quoted is simple im coming from the discord after i got ban for a commenting on this particular problem. So keep the report of the issue here.

I also got banned from the discord for saying that I put in a ticket to eos and they replied that it's not an issue on their end. The mods are rude AF to most people with issues one mod was like that's what you get for playing console. Telling people to eff off and just being rude to the community altogether. Mods are even saying that it's up to us to fix the problem not the devs . It's up to us to solve our own issues with not being able to play. They said there's nothing the devs can do they don't have a special button to fix it.  Absolutely unprofessional. No one is helping out or even giving updates on what's going on. I've never had a worse experience in my life with a gaming company.

 
My comment was deleted saying they needed to stop passing the buck.

I felt they were more interested in supporting PC issue and not the console.  I get EOS issue but guide us to where we can send in a ticket.

Bought the game from The fun pimps and they contacted out the servers.

Anyways another day 🤪 

 
We are in Canada, today we tried again to connect, we are on X Box series S, and the option to invite friends is now gone.  😢  

I hope we can get this fixed soon.  We live this game 

 
This is turning into a major problem, 3 days and you can't play online with your friends. You can blame whoever you want, but in the end, it's the FunPimps problem cause we paid them, not EOS, not Steam.

So I'm hoping they get this issue resolved soon. I love this game but this is not a good look right now.

Wife just uninstalled and reinstalled both are games and we can co next again

Anybody else having any luck with uninstalling and reinstalling? 

Does anybody know if you uninstall do you lose game data? Would HATE to lose our world.

On Xbox, your save data is automatically uploaded to the cloud (when you sign in with a profile, it syncs what you have locally with what's stored on the cloud), on Ps5 you need to manually sync your save data through the storage settings

Got it, I'm on PS5 so I will have to make sure to be careful with this.

Is there any update on a potential fix for this? Seems like a lot of the community is experiencing this issue at the moment.
