Connection Timed Out/NetSteamNetworkingSessionError_ClosedByPeer on consoles

Hey surviours,

Been playing daily for weeks and no problems connecting to friends maps. Today I'm getting time out connections.

Connection to server failed.

I've uninstall and reinstalled 

Went wired to wireless with open NAT.

Others games I can connect but not 7DTD.

Xbox series x 

Anu suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue on PS5. It worked fine connecting to my friends yesterday, but today I keep getting this error

NetSteamNetworkingSessionError_ClosedByPeer

 
Yup, joined the discord and seem console users, some have the same issue.  Might be a regional issue. Not sure

My child and I are having the same issue. His friend can't join him and my bf can't join me. We've been playing just fine for a week now and no issues. I'm reinstalling the game as we speak but I think the problem not on our end . I'm on series s . 

 
Work ok for me today with three of us in Xbox. After glitching and apparently dying and losing skill points. I would have rather it not worked...

 
Anyone having connection issues? All of a sudden we can't connect to servers, or have another player join friends only map.. Get a "Connection timed out" error. Ten we get:

netSteamNetworkingSessionError_ClosedByPeer

 
Having the same issue. My husband can't join my server. Connection to server failed/Connection timed out. Noticing the game keeps quick saving, over and over again. 

 
If you all don't mind, what country are you all in and if your friend/partner is in another country, which are they in?

 
Canadian here est coast

I did a vpn and mobile hot spot to test. Used a usa Boston ip address and got in.  EPIC online service seems to be the issue and no one can support us it seems.
