Even the name "dungeon POIs" is heresy for a sandbox game with random gen and limited prefabs... While most of them are masterfully crafted and would be great in a "single campaign" scenario, repeatedly getting through the same linear dungeon POIs gets old. Even if there are variations in the ways you can approach them, traps etc, players will learn them by hard fast as they will also learn where most interesting containers will be and how to quickly get to them.
What I would suggest is that they find various ways to further randomize the POI prefabs and that they should on purpose be crafted to be a little more "generic".
