A16 - Medieval Mod (SDX)

OK, another question. Are there pickaxes in this mod? I leveled up Miner 69er skill but realized I haven't seen any pickaxes nor recipe for one so I might have wasted some skill points. I couldn't find the information for it myself. So we have to mine ore with regular axes?

Yay! I noticed back and forth shift click is working great now that the server i play on has updated successfully to the latest version :) love this mod!

Did something wrong.

Watched the tutorial. Downloaded the launcher. Downloaded the Mod. Message at the top said to use pre-sync on big mods, so I did. Hit the play mod button and it seems to be cloning, something, then loads up 7d2d vanilla. Help? Just to clarify my level of computer expertise, turn power on, double click game, play game.

Apparently patience was required. After it did whatever it was doing, the game opened and I played 3 120 minute "days". Enjoying it except for the dying part.

Hm, I'm no expert in the mod launcher, so my best advice is to grab the gitlab zip from the second post, unzip into the new game folder you made, overwrite the files, and run the 7days executable directly.

Is there a way to redo the tokens if we lost them? My house collapsed and my tokens went along with it lol so i just finished the alchemy token quest but no way to redo the others lol

hi! i just discovered the other biomes, i didn't red all notes to have some surprises, really good job. i ran like a tourist towards north and i almost die but thx to a big rock i managed to stay alive. even treasure hunt is becoming interesting now. and the spreaading radiations zone is a good idea, except when it's start at the exact same spot than your defense base for bloodmoon's hordes :p ( i thought i could stop it with a trench but i just bought time)

you've made an awesome work on this mod

Thanks! Stompy did a great job making the orc lands... Inhospitable. =)

Visit the south lands, they're also "fun". Not quite as harsh living as the north, but it has its own treats.

Curious what we use spider eggs for. So far, I can only figure out they can be sold. If that's all they can be used for, can someone let me know. If there is a better use of them, don't tell me what it is, just that there is. :)

I actually forget the original purpose, but I think they're needed for the poison cure? Or is that just the ichor? A lot of things you see are going go have a greater purpose in Book II, when we can make better use of things like area of effect buffs... think of a "web" spell you can cast that slows enemies down in an area. =)

The alchemy ingredients would be for more spell components.

Guppy and Crew, thanks.

I had put this game on the shelf after burning myself out since playing from A6. I saw a random link for a Kage vid on my feed which led me to firing this up. All I can say is, Awesome! I mean you guys have done some really cool stuff. Just the new skins alone made this feel like a whole new game. Can't wait to see what else you guys have in store.

What am I doing wrong?

I've tried multiple times to play Medieval Mod. I get as far as the Fun Pimps screen coming up, the the files pre-caching...once it gets to "loading start screen" the game just hangs indefinetly. Am I missing something? I'm using the mod launcher, I've even uninstalled and re-installed the mod several times. Any input would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

i had this and i don't know why it worked when i checked "refresh auto" before launch the game. it takes time to load anyway, but worth it ;)
