KNOWN ISSUE: Pip Boy still does not function correctly. It shouldn't spam errors now, but still doesn't display correctly.
I also removed the included Worlds folder as there have been too many POI additions/changes to keep these updated properly. Just gen your own. :P

-Added: Tanker vehicle(will need new game to see the wrecks or unexplored areas/chunk resets)

-Changed: Adjusted crafting perk costs to be a flat 1 point all the way to max level
