June 12-14. But there is no time line for when the update will release. And it definitely won’t be at e3. That’s for new games and showcases of current or upcoming games. This game is to old to be covered during that event.

While I appreciate your view on E3, your logic would remove remakes and remasters from the E3 line up. However, I dont think that an update will drop at E3 for this game. The game it's based in is unfinished, and putting the console version out there like that before the base game is done would only harm the reception of the base game. With that said, depending on how close they feel PC version is to completion, I could see that version showing up at E3 this year or next.

 
The whole thing is completely ridiculous... They work so hard and "the console has no resources" is the excuse. This is all ridiculous. The only advantage is they don't make money while they work so hard for the community.

Meanwhile, maybe you should have developed a new game :glee:

Sorry dude, but the console not having any resources for this CPU and RAM intensive game is a hard fact.

If you were curious as to why this game is so different from every single other game on the console, you can read about it here and here. No other game requires the CPU and RAM resources that 7 Days does. Which is something a lot of people don't understand. (Which is why I'm having to constantly pass out these links.)

Just because you don't understand anything about how the game client works, doesn't mean that you can call the devs out as giving excuses. Though Iron Galaxy does have a checkered past, they have shown that they are trying pretty hard to make this one work. Given the large span since the last update, I would imagine they are working on upgrading to the new Unity engine. (Something I've said before a couple of times in this very thread.) If that is the case, you're going to be pretty pleased with the wait. (Because truly, there is not much more they can add to the console otherwise with such severe hardware limitations.)

So go off and stop crying and go back to school while you're at it and learn how to one, start with a capital letter and two, give a educated response...

And no body should ask claire anything in this thread she won’t respond Iv asked a few times she’ll read but not respond if there gunna drop an update it most likely be early summer

Patch 10 got sent off when E3 was on so that’s probably what they gunna do again

She doesn't respond to requests for more info because she simply doesn't have more info. She gets what they give her , and she posts it as soon as they pass it down.

Or at the very least, she shares when she gets the ok to share. They will put the new patch out when it is ready. Putting a time frame on it with no official word will just stir up hopeful rumors that will undoubtedly turn to sour whining when the guessed date comes and goes with no new word.

The best we can do is either chug along in the worlds we.have now, or play something else while we wait.

 
It's been 4 and a half months since the last "update" can u please give us something like a date or add the compound bow or something to the game soon so I can play it again and not hate it because of the very many things that's not been put into it.

Yes, A Compound Bow is a must for me and should not be too hard to implement. Im also hoping for a Jeep, Row Boat, Motorcycle.....Gyrocopter. But I know the last one is a big wish
 
Hey, be careful all folks !

Devs are bound to provide us a fully debugged game, nothing more.

On consoles, we have bought a game in "final" release, this means there will -or not- be more features, but this is not mandatory.

You can expect more features in a paid DLC, as you pay for additional content.

You can expect no or few additional features in free updates asyou get what you paid for.

Just a reminder, devs needs to eat too ...

 
Yes I agree...Very Vague...Why is any info released on console so vague? Its not like we don't know whats coming or whats possible because of whats going on with the pc version. Most other game company's tell you what new updates are coming and more details for the most part why not the fun pimps or whoever is really in charge of the console? Sorry for ranting a bit...I`m glad we at least got some info that something is coming in the future, just wish it was a little more detailed. Thanks for the info Clare.

Theres a very clear reason for this which applies to EVERY game, and it's simply this - you dont want to go and speak about features which you plan on implementing, but then get a hiccup down the line which prevents it being included.

Go look at - albeit extreme examples - of sean murray or peter molyneux.

Far better to play your cards close to your chest so misinformation cannot happen.

This is salient business practice
