PC V2.5 EXP out NOW!

(Side note I saw prebuilds video apparently Scorcher stew doesn't give smell so here's something @schwanz9000, also I think those meals and brews/drugs should be made in the campfire for balance reasons)
Yeah, I'll have to talk with the team and see which direction we want to go with that one.

Would it be odd that it is the only "biome helper" that has a negative effect?

Understandable but pares giving 25 meters of sent is a bit much.

And also what defines smell good to a zombie? Fresh meat and rotten meat are one so meats do that, ripping a nice fart can cause a zombie to sprint at you and apparently we eat like toddlers cuz we get the sent all over us but ima pretend like you its the "after effects" of eatting something.

But what about something like deodorant or cologne? Would that mask sent or lure? Something like deer musk would probably be a lure but other clean smells would it lure zombies?

Cuz (unless they add it before I do) I wanna mod in something like craftable soap or something to help mask or even remove smells after I eat. Not that I hate the feature, I LOVE IT and I got to play around with it but could use some tweaking

or you can make toothpaste of Lysteryne style mouthwash to remove scent after you eat.

Did anyone consider the effects of rain and storms on smell? The idea being the wind is dispersing the molecules, spreading them further, but diluting their concentration. Too much simulation? I was just thinking of an opportunity to integrate a couple of systems.

I like the plague spitter's attack; rifles are your friends.
Is "the rancher" being spawned less often than the old model? that was my complaint with that zombie. I didn't "hate" the ranged attack...just that it was happening all the time. It didn't feel like increased danger, it felt more like increased nuisance. I used to like living in the desert. I have the same question about "chuck".

I don't know, I'm still in my first few days in the forest, so I don't know if their spawn rate has decreased. Also, I use a spawn mod, so I don't think my experience applies to vanilla.

A few suggestions is make it into something like a tonic like fireball tonic and it doesn't have meat in it to cause too much smell.

But I would keep the Scorcher stew as a main stay food item to help you survive the cold.

I know, but it's just ridiculous to walk away with 26% infection after a showdown with two of those things. Don't mind getting infected because being completely reckless, but this just stupid and annoying as hell.
I dont mind them really. Hell at least they give you infection. My only issue is if he spits and I can't find him or he's stuck but that's rare.

Games need annoying enemies
