Inferior in terms of AI yes but the point was for me it felt more organic and fun back then which can be an argument that its superior. A split in opinion that doesn't seem too uncommon. I honestly don't mind them just bashing blocks but agree the spinning zombies were.... undesirable. 

Hard agree, I always look back on 16.4 with rose tinted glasses too. For me it was the first PC version i played (played PS4 version before that, not sure what V# is was). It was when the game held the most charm and magic for me and only annoying bug that bothered me was the disappearing...

Think weather/storm is next on their roadmap, perhaps they will rework existing weather effects?

Too early is a problem, but past day 7 a weak wall perimeter with some wood spikes and screamers are no longer a problem when at base. No issue with them spawning at T5+6 quests because you're well armed by then and picking her off from range not a problem or just blocking entrances and flat...

In every single version on both PS4 and PC, in every playthrough, the top left inventory slot was always glass jar slot.  I keep it empty completely now in loving memory of them (not really but the first sentence was true)    😃

I like it and as someone said its activity not heat, at my non horde base i almost have no reason to make defences because its so quiet. bring on some action and a reason to make defences for it 

For T5 quest i usually like to start them during the night so i clear out the easier floors of the POI during night time and it goes into daytime as i progress up onto the higher/harder floors.  Unless its wasteland where i start day because nights there can be hell if you attract too much...

Used my PS4 pad ever since i switched to PC version about 4 years ago, never had a problem, even flying the gyro.  The stutters I fixed by making a thread in support and changing some settings.
