Maybe im not seeing it, but what perk lets you increase the tools levels? i have seen the rest for guns and the like, but not tools.

O huge problem with this doing this that you are creating a ramp for them. Each body you drop the next steps on them. Next thing you know they are climbing over the fence. Next you are doing is the thriller.

Magical? Sunrises east and sets west. If you know this then you know north and south. Look at a tree to see what time it is by the shadow. Prior to tech, we did navigate and tell time other ways. Taking away the compass and time only to add it when you find/make it is a waste of time and money.
