I think the issue is more complex. The first time I was able to play (after doing the above procedure). I started the saved game a second time and got an infinite loading screen. Xbox X -- "continue game" is greyed out and cannot be clicked on to load and play.
On Xbox Series X the solution that worked for me was deleting my local save game. Go to 7 Days to Die add-ons and then the saved data section and delete the file that has your username on it. Launch the game, it will automatically download the files from the cloud and that's it. I can now enter...- Oscar90s

I'm on an xbox series X. I've played every day without problems, but in the latest update I can't enter my 200 days game normally. The environment loading screen takes too long. However, the time in the game does not stop, the autosave continues. I know this because one time the game let me in...- Oscar90s
