23 minutes to generate a map. Sadly I get worse fps now. Used to play on high settings at 60-50 FPS now on medium I get around 45fps

The easiest way to add smell back into the game would be to tie it into the heat map system. Aka bunch of raw or cooked meat generates x heat which could spawn screamer/ horde. Just a thought.

Faatal has said the ai will not be changing much if at all for a18 since he has been working on bug fixes optimization and other things but will change eventually.

A18 is definitely looking better than a17 imo. All the new stuff looks good

This month hasn’t been ruled out but it’s not super likely considering madmole said a couple/few weeks ago it was a month or 2 away.

Faatal has there been any change to the randomness to the ai pathing for a18?

Madmole when the new ground textures get finished would be awesome to see screen shots of them. Having new ground textures will drastically improve the look of the game. The new desert ones look great

Hey Roland... any chance you could do what you did for a17. Do a detailed description of how it felt to play the first few days. Could give us details on how the new stuff optimizations and balance felt?
