I'm proposing a book series for Bladed weapons and Batons as they don't have a proper series yet.
Tech Junkie series could be changed slightly to remove baton stuff.
The Night Stalker series should be reworked to be more of a stealth series. It already has limited use for bladed weapons and has stuff that is useful for all builds not just bladed weapons.

I put "Gain double XP from baton headshot kills" to batons, as sledgehammers already kill more than twice as dast as batons so they really should not have this perk.
