Just an fyi, some loot containers in this game have a "ignorelootabundance=true" tag, last I checked. This includes zombie loot bags and end loot dungeon crates; might also include infestation caches and air drops. So all in all, 50% loot abundance won't help as much as you might think.
Sorry, but in the future can you post a version of what you are saying in English, with say a translator, as I do not want to spend my time translating other languages to English.
Doesn't your web browser have "Translate to English" on the right-click menu? In Edge I can translate the whole page in one click. The days of copy and paste into Google Translate are long gone. Maybe you are reading on your phone?
I have this option in Opera and it tells me to translate to my native language, no thank you. Also why would he translate an english page? Just translate yourself and don't demand translating your text by others, its so selfish. These french comments should be not tolerated.
Personally, I prefer viral/mutation/science-y type zombies. Fantasy zombies & monsters are okay, but mixing the two flavors? Eh, not so great in my opinion.
I considered the frostclaw to be science-y to begin with. Add a lot of testosterone to someone and they'll get really strong and grow a lot of hair. Add in other things and you have your frostclaw in a realistic way. But I don't mind a new version either.
sorry i will do some efforts,
The question is, the problem when we are low life is that zombies spawn behind us, we have no way, even minimal, to detect it for the most attentive among us, maybe improve a little the footsteps, the 3D spatialization of the sound and/or put a very light soundtrack of breathing and the fact that it drags its steps? thanks and sorry again, have a good weekend and big kisses to all the tfp team
It isn't hard to deal with zombies behind you once you're used to the game. I have them come behind me and hit me often when I'm not paying attention. I just move to place them in front of me and kill them. A hit or two isn't a big deal unless you get a debuff from it, which doesn't happen even half the time. The main thing is to be aware of your surroundings and don't let yourself be low health whenever possible. Also leave yourself a way to back out of a situation if it gets bad. Whether that's out a window or door, up onto shelves or boxes, or something else. I use mostly melee even on infested tier 6 quests and get hit often. It's not a big deal. Wear decent armor, get some perks if you need the extra damage protection, etc. But mainly, pay attention to your surroundings. Only certain POI have zombies spawn behind you. Other spawns that can happen behind you are uncommon. And those POI are usually easy to identify because they spawn behind you when you do something like press a button or go into a loot room.

Most do, including phones. But you shouldn't have to do so on a forum that is clearly an English-based forum. They did remove the requirement to post only in English, and people will translate what you write if you use another language, but like faatal said, if you're going to ping someone, the polite thing to do is write it in their language. It's different if you're just posting to everyone. Though I tend to stop bothering with translating people's text after a while if they keep writing in another language, and I think others do as well. That means people who write in other languages tend to get ignored. So it's always better to include an English translation whenever you post in another language.

I think calling it selfish is a bit much. And the forum specifically allows you to write in any language. It might be a pain, but anyone who doesn't want to translate it can just ignore it.
Certainly, much less of a "pain" than sending the non-English speaker to a different page to type, translate, copy and paste, only to perform a function that your browser can handle in 2 seconds.
Glad to see you're moving away from the new fantasy style spitter/frost monsters. They just didn't seem to fit the game vibe. Awesome design on those - no denying that. But they just seemed to stretch things a bit too far. But I've got to say - your proposed substitution is a tad uncomfortable.... Beautiful artwork on the model notwithstanding, do you really think it's wise go the route of using a blatantly stereotyped Native American character as a "bad guy" that must be killed?
How exactly are they moving away from plague spitter and frost claw? Those are NOT being removed (unless I clearly miss that part of the stream).
The native American design they showed is a bandit from the Duke's clan and doesn't necessarily mean he's bad.
It won't be like Noah's good and the Duke's bad. 2 different clans with some good and not so good things about each one.
I didnt even see him as a bad guy I just say him as a native America dude that got turned cuz unless they have some logo or flag on him he just looks like a native America man.
I like that. I wish it was just a basic zombie model but the old models still could have a place
The old plauge spitter can be a default rotten zombie. And the frostclaw a zombie boss but as faatal said he's going to be reused in a new game
Im excited too see the new frostclaw if he will even be called that anymore

And my girlfriend complained about him being a native but I said.. it's the setting of the game and plus white river is more of a group of biker bandits vs the Cazadors who are more native America. Like what @Space4Ace said. Not all of them are bad guys

Yeah. If there was a zombie apocalypse, there would Native American zombies along with everyone else. I think it's a lot worse to ignore the fact that Native Americans exist.
No one is doing indigenous people any favors being trying to erase them from view. Know what I mean?
I am not surprised that you tend that way, but I do not. I just right-click and hit Translate. BFD

I guess. But I look at it the same way I would if I went to another country for now than a short time. I would learn the language even if they could speak English. But that is just me. In any case, I translate up to a point. If there are a lot of posts by someone in another language, I just don't bother. I'll let others do it.

out of all the post i have read on this remake forum, the forum prior to that forum, and the forum prior to the one before that forum over the years...
i can never recall anyone talking about making quests blow up the prefabs on the map.
who ever thought of that is sure not reading any of the forums.

The Native American design they showed was the new Plague Spitter.
They did also say during the stream that most of the bandits would be Native Americans.
I'm fine with the PS being a Native American, since the design isn't a stereotype. But having most/all of the bandits is kind of a red flag. They can and should be more mixed - some Caucasian, some African-American, some Native, etc etc.

Considering I'm part Native American and have full blooded Native American family members, I still don't see that as a problem. The game is set in a location with a sizable Native American population. And it isn't unusual to have groups form based on certain things, like race. We didn't even know for sure that the Duke is actually "bad". More likely, both sides have their problems. Just because people are bandits doesn't mean they are necessarily bad or even wrong. I won't get into politics, but the whole view today is political correctness and similar talk is just a way for people to be racist while appearing to be against it.
