V2.0 officially released on all platforms.
If you played b294 on experimental, b295 is almost identical with the lone change of enabling the DLC window.

Wasn't expecting this before the weekend, well done!

Just started a new game on PS5, first request is to increase the renderdistance: Before I used to see all fences when inside the trader compound but now I can't see the other side anymore while the zeds just outside are visible. I rather loose a few frames than only seeing half a POI .

PS: The link to the release notes is getting stuck on age verification, or it does not recognize me as Mature 17+
(Fair enough, I'm an imature 17+)

You can't barely change any settings for the ps5 host server. It will stop them from connecting with a non-standard setting message. Is this a known issue because we don't want to be stuck on easy diff with normal zombie on a 6k map. Can't even use rvg to make a map with out it telling us that its non-standard.

hi stupid question but when can we host cross play dedacated servers for me between pc and xbox but idely all platforms
 
I am sorry if I missed this: I just downloaded 2.0 and I could not start a new game with an 8k map...as soon as I lowered it to 6k I could. So...can we not make 8 k maps anymore?

Just created a new random gen 8k world on Xbox X. Curious what's your chunk persistence set to? Mine is set to short.

Strange! With random gen and using a new map name?
Curious; can you make a 7k map in advance generation?
 
I am Xbox X, and the game still has a short 100% frame-rate drop which happens every minute. It can be very disruptive, since the game continues running but the rendering halts, causing jumpy behaviour - despite being half a second. It has had this ever since you released 1.0, and other players have reported it too. Will it ever be fixed? It is unpleasant to constantly play with.

Now that dedicated servers are released, will there be official dedicated servers available to the public?

Were the drawbridges fixed? They would always render as up even if they were set to be down; if a player set the bridge to be down, left the area and came back it would appear as up. I'd check the change logs but the 7daystodie.com site prevents all access due to the age checker getting stuck while validating any input...

Okay after a lot of working it out you can't it seems you can't change block damage setting at all, quest amount can't be changed. These will stop your consoles players from join. We got looting and exp to 150 to work! I'm working on other settings as well to see what works
 
maybe i am just lucky but i did five 2k rwgs and all of them are SO MUCH FULLER, there are a lot more pois, it feels way nicer and makes me feel really excited to play~
