I have always thought this just didn't make sense. Sure on humans and animals. Ya know cuz they have a heart to pump out that blood...
But a zombie LITERALLY has a blood pressure of ZERO. There is no PUMP. Their veins are cracked and broken where they are exposed. There is no pressure to speak of...
So why do they have bleed damage? Are we assuming their locomotion is hydraulic, and that is why they spray blood? For the record gore effects are fantastic even if not congruent with the nature of the entity at hand. I just think zombies should be immune to bleed damage, and that should be left strictly to living things

I can suspend my disbelief about the potential for undead walking around, but this is a step my brain just doesn't want to take... lol
