Water/drinking system in my opinion become worse and feels artificially limited. Your first gameplay hours/days are Skibidi toilet expirience, where you have to run for every toilet and pray to find water there. The only way to farm water now is dew collector. It's OK idea for the block itself, but not to make it the only normal way. It feels unnatural and makes you hate the gameplay process.
My idea:
glass bottles exist as earlier, you can craft them, collect them and fill them with water from ponds/rivers, but this water will be heavily polluted and with radiation. Drinking such water, even after boiling, will make you sick from radiation or heavy metals. Such boiled water will be called "Radioactive water" or "Technical water" or something else, not clean water. To make such water safe and drinkable, you have to use coal filter or another type of simple water filter, and wait some time for it to go through filter (maybe same time as for waiting for dew collector). Such filters may be found in pois, or you can make simple filter from coal that you find in nature, or from burnt wood. Filters will have limit on uses, and break after some time. This would be more realistic and natural gameplay, without artificial gameplay purpose restrictions.
