Hi there! Usually I am pretty casual player when it comes to games. But since I already have nearly 800 hours on 7 days to die across various versions I decided that I want to try somehow different playstyle. And for that reason I came up with Minimalistic base challenge. The rules are: 1.) Must be randomworld 2.) Inside rooms can only be 3x3 or less (which means that walls are 5x5) 3.) Underground can only be 3x3x3 4.) Walls can only be 2 blocks thick 5.) Defences (traps, ditch etc.) can only be in 12x12 blocks square around the base (quite unfortunate number that I picked for my rules. Feel free to adjust it to 11 or 13 :) ) 6.) Underground room can be in whatever depth, but can only be connected through verticall tunnel...

This is a cross-post, which I think will be okay under the rules, but let me know if it's not. I just released version 2.0 of my split level prefab, and this time instead of screenshots I made a full walkthrough video of me doing a quest at this POI.  While I hope people download and play it, the focus of this post is the video, for that audience of people that just like to watch videos of others playing.  With that said, this is a complete walkthrough video with full spoilers. I'm quite proud of this so thought I'd share this the latest server base tour video from our community server.

I decided to see how many mods I could load at once and still get a "playable" game (e.g. no terrible mod collisions, player is not super OP day 1) that leans towards a harder/more immersive (mostly immersive. I guess "grindy immersive"?) game play mode to shake things up a bit. Disclaimer/shameless promotion: I maintain/made several of these mods I'm using, as I'm also trying to see if any of my mods conflict with others, play-test/balance my stuff, etc. If I don't get super frustrated by getting my butt kicked all game long: I'll keep taking pics when I run across something a particular mod added/changed in vanilla, or if I just get a good scene of something fun I have set the game to (changes from vanilla settings) - 4 hours of...

Been playing the game for years but got bored with the older Alpha Builds. Returned to the game recently and wanted a nice world seed where I could build a base in a great location so I wouldn't have to travel all over the map to find things to do. For a few hours, I played with random world seed names, just entering in random words until I found something I liked, some of them were quite hilarious names as well! What I settled on is shown in the pictures below that show you what I typed in and the resulting world name as well as the preview of the map.
