I'm honestly not sure how we made it through this.
I've been playing 7 Days To Die since alpha 16, and noticed that the splash page hasn't changed much, if any, so I threw together one that I think brings a good updated look to the company. No huge changes, just a fresh look. If by chance this image garners positive feedback then consider it a gift that the company can use if desired. If not, then I'm just a fan showing my love for one of my favorite games. Thanks.
I almost always throw together a temp base near my first trader, sort of a waystation to hunker down in as I scope out the city while doing quests and find a place I want to build or remodel. I always ended up with something that tries not to be a box because I hate building boxes, that I would later chop down because I hated seeing the not-a-box after I'd moved on. This time, I wanted to do something different - something that would be just big enough to actually use as a functional base that I would want to leave in place later. So I built a bridge house. 10x3 in usable interior area, with walls done as outside-mounted plates (using the inverted window trim pieces as support) to preserve floor space without adding bulk. And a rooftop...
Horde every night, with default settings. Life bar mod, and loot locking mod. I powerleveled and only apply stats to combat skills that make face smashing possible, face to face. After day 5 it usually gets too easy, but this time I didn't put stats in Pain Tolerance. Which makes me more like a glass cannon.
The power level strategy was simple. Smash out all the quests on day one. Horde XP during night. Raid tier 2 buildings with spare time. And minimal base building after clearing the horde.
Day 2 I headed to the waste land as soon as I got the bicycle. The loot drops are insane, even for day 2. But its super tough if you fight like a sissy. Pound for pound face smashers only. Smash out all the quests in wasteland also. Day 3 I just...
Well, at least it isn't at the bottom of a lake... or underneath a trader compound. I've had that happen before.

okay, background, i did this tier 5 quest for trader jen, and I literally looted this up and down shooting my gun through every corridor and still could not find this god forsaken zombie. I went to the point of foundation wiping it and still nothing.
