Zombies not walking

Hey all, after this last update the zombies are not walking.  They know you're there and will attack if you get close, but they are not walking.

I'm play with 3 mods and everything was great until this last patch.  Anyone got any clues/advice?

I'm pretty sure you have to start a new world with build 173.

Should also play without mods. This is experimental. Each update will likely break things.
