Zombies freeze (stop moving) = server restart

Hello,

I have an issue on my server that from time to time zombies stop moving (freeze), and the air drop in that time is not going down. So the only way to start it work again is to restart server. it's happening more and more often :(

thank you in advance for any tips on how to solve it.
