Simple. add a spawn setting like in the old days
People should have the choice. Without going into xml. Plus for consoles
0%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 125%, 150% and maybe add a wasteland mode. (Spawns 3x more in every biome just like the wasteland
now maybe you could also add this for wildlife and later. Bandits
