Zombie Spawn lvl depentant

Hey, I am using an extra zombie pack in my server which is brilliant, well done the author... however its fine for people who have ranked up, a good challenge.. but those just joining its no fun. So do you think its possible to add in a level dependent spawning xml system in to it, it that possible e.g. id player is lvl 50+ then allow spawning of zombie... etc
