the step size on the slider for 'Zombie Rage' are all over the place, some are 5, some are 10, some are 15%.
you can only select %'s 0, 15, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 75, 90, 100

these are the chosen values for this option.
Is any available value that does not behave as expected?

The values not having unified jumps is a choice and not a bug, so I'll be moving your post to not a bug for now.
