i did check the A21 list of issues but i didn't seem to find anything related to this, anyway.
Bug description: If you loot a bag dropped by a zombie (yellow/blue/red) and grab everything from it, it'll just disappear into nothinghness, however, let's say your inventory is full, and you don't want to throw one of your items on the ground, you just place it into the lootbag which is just empty and tell to yourself "well i'll grab it in a moment lemme just eat this can of food i just found so i free a slot and pick it back up" Then as you leave the loot bag inventory, it poofs away, taking that item you put inside with it, deleting it from the world completely. I lost a level 5 magnum fully stacked with mods due to this, it's also how i managed to find said bug.
